We showed up 15 min before closing time with a fairly large order- most places and staff would frown upon this but not here at Ding Tea. The staff was very friendly and patient, especially the lady who took our order. The tea was all delicious and high quality. Would recommend this spot to anyone in the area.

I only gave them two stars cause the boba was good. This is the FIRST time I order boba and it was purely discussing its sad, it tasted like also sink water and my drink was a signature milk tea…if you had this drink before you know how it should taste. I order off door dash so I couldn’t go to the store if that was the case I would have never used DoorDash. I called the ding tea store 10 times! With no pick up, I would not recommend going here! I spent $13 to drink on a nasty drink and to get no answer over the phone.
I do highly recommend this place for the boba teas.
Great menu, great customer service and very reasonable prices. I found them though Yelp and was Intrigued by their reviews. Decided to check them out and I was disappointed. Their tea and drink selection is great, reasonably priced with fast service. Parking is a bit convoluted because it’s proximity to Ross and their crazy shoppers who want to park right in front of Ross. I would recommend you park close to Wells Fargo and just walk a bit to avoid the competition for parking spaces. Besides that, great and trendy place.
Very bad place. The drinks are not made fresh and instead made from a powder the boba tastes all wrong. The only saving grace is that it's really quick. Go to R&B boba or boba time. Both very good places. Better than this one!
They dont know what they make! I ordered a brown sugar milk boba tea and they gave me something which tasted like iced coffee. I went in to ask if they can fix it for me with 50% ice and they give me back a frink with no ice! Worst store! Worst customer experience!

Horrible service and staff every time I come to get an acai bowl they say they're not selling that cuzz they're about to close ??♂️?
Closing time suppose to be 10pm and they close 1 hour before.
