My experience and expectations for this Chucky cheese location was beyond belief! The employee here by the name of Eddie was incredible he went above and beyond for my family. It was my daughter 3rd birthday and he superseded me and my wife's expectations. I wish I can give that brotha 10 stars because my daughter had a ball and enjoyed herself to the fullest. Eddie needs to be recognized and given some type of compensation for his natural customer service and his knowledge on making it easier for us parents. Very much appreciated and we'll come again in the near future. Hopefully cooperate See's this and reaches out to Eddie to commend his efforts and work. Thank you Chucky cheese Lakewood location! Honestly the food is ok the points thing is kinda stupid I really miss the coins I think those were better but the cards weren't that bad either.
Place was not crowded and my nephew had a blast, I dig the idea of doing away with the tickets and leave everything on the card. I just don't like that they raise the price
Clean environment was my daughter birthday didn't get Happy birthday from the workers when I told them it was her birthday very nonchalant .Need more workers seem short handed.Didnt have my Favorite topping pineapple.It was just ok in my opinion .
I love doing my kids birthday partys here. And the benefit it's cause I live right on the same street as chuck e cheese aka not lakewood manor

This is a great place. Staff is very friendly and the games, food , entertainment is awesome. I love Chuck E Cheese as a kid now I bring my kids here. Keep up the outstanding work.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
