I’ve been to this location before and there usually good , but today was not up to par . Walked in and the staff seemed frazzled and unorganized. My rice was so mushy , probably was over cooked . And the guacamole was not properly mashed my bowl literally had a whole avacado in it . Might not be back at this location for a while , seems like they need some work . I prefer the signal hill or Downey location . They’re more consistent.
I wish I would've taken photos because this place was a mess. ?? I left before I ordered, in fears that I might get sick from eating here. You could see the trash in the kitchen piling up from the front door. Most of the kitchen staff were not wearing masks. Only one person wore a mask and it was under his nose, which defeats the whole purpose.
Went in and walked tf right out once I saw none of the employees wearing masks, serving food without gloves, the line counter was covered in food, and the garbage was piled up next to the grill & fryer.I get that it gets busy working there, as someone who worked for Chipotle years ago but come on, where's the standards?
I like Chipotle but not this location there cheap as hell with everything I ordered a chicken bowl got 5 pieces of chicken ? Got chips as well, nothing but air in the bag for real who's packing these chips cause they need to put way more..I usually go to the huntington park location that's the spot they hook it up.
Great customer service. Especially to the young man who attended me. I believe his name was David. Really nice gentleman.
Was their this past Thursday 11/18/21 and everyone in our groups got sick with flue like symptoms and Nausea. Very disappointed complained to the local health department for further investigation.
Covid or not we need basic hygiene for restaurantsWalked into this place and one of the employee was hugging a buddy in line than put his hands in his pocket with the gloves he had on. He than went back to packing food, 10 seconds later checking his cell phone(same gloves) than went to serving people food, rice beans meat etc. I told her college what happened and that I can’t eat here. She said ok and I turned aroundI stayed w while in store to see what happens next. NOTHIG. She didn’t tell the coworker anything or manager on duty, she continued on doing here assignment like nothing happened
I love their salad bowls with chicken. This location packs on their bowls to the max compared to some others ones. You get your money's worth here for sure. I had leftovers! Healthy goodness!
I recently moved to Lakewood and have had chipotle from here 3 times with an issue each time. The first tacos I ordered had a hair in them - a very long one that I had the pleasure of biting into and having to pull out. Still grossed out by this, but clearly it didn't stop me from ordering again. The second time I received the wrong order. And now this last time my guacamole was brown and everything tasted cold. Not sure what's going on with this chipotle, but the Steelyard one was more consistent.
I do highly recommend this place for the food and drinks.
