Decided to try this spot for the first time we normally go to kaowok in Downey which is really good or panda express. My first impression was good looked clean food looked tasty rice was a little on the white sode bit hey I kept an open mind. I got the showmein and veggies with grilled chicken. And beef with broccoli. I hate to do this bit the chowmein was bland the veggies where good. The beef broccoli was lacking seasoning but very tender I will say that. The grilled. Chicken was kind of funky tasting my wife had orange chicken a little to sweet her rice was bland in flavor price wise for what the serving is not bad. I say pricing is fair quality of taste the cooks need to get some lessons. I will definitely pick up a cup o noodles next time over this place. I rather pay extra for panda than going here again.
Was very disappointed with the food. Tonight got a container of rice and another of mushroom chicken. What a total rip off !!! The rice was good however what I paid for the mushroom chicken was a rip off. There was absolutely no chicken. It was all mushroom with vegetables and NO CHICKEN. How could they say it’s mushroom chicken when actually only mushrooms. False misrepresentation and taking peoples money. They use to be good however are going down hill really fast. Too bad. Gonna start looking elsewhere.
I had mushroom chicken, which was okay except for the tough, chewy chicken. It came with rice (okay) and thick doughy tasteless chow mein. Mediocre Chinese food; I won't be back. No wonder so many people go to corporate giant Panda Express; They have better food than most of these Mom n Pop places. I want to support the little guy but only if the food is at least decent.
Yuck! I gave it a chance after reading the bad reviews. Tasteless, cold and old. Save your money. Had to throw it in the trash after a couple bites.
What's not to love, it's Chinese food!On top of that, the culture as well.
It's so good and nice restaurant.
My roommate and I had an ok experience but probably won't give them another try for a while. Everything was flavorful but served at a downright unsafe temperature and the chow mein, beef, and vegetables we got were all really undercooked, so we had to throw everything in a pan to finish cooking at home. We got there 20 minutes after opening and only had to drive 2 blocks home, so there is no reason for it to be that cold. I'd give a 1/5 for safety, but the food itself was mostly good. A lot of reviews say big portions but man they FILLED those containers with noodles before they started adding tiny portions of meat and veggies... not great.Fried rice - far more flavorful than it looked, honestly really good 5/5.Chow mein - too doughy, not enough veggies, but also flavorful, 2/5, 4/5 after re-cooking it at home.Orange chicken - good but too dry 4/5.Broccoli beef - the beef was so undercooked and kept at a sub-par temp in their warmings tray for who knows how long. The one bite we did try did not taste good and we threw it out for safety concerns. 0/5. ?Mushroom chicken - it was like 80% mushrooms with a tiny bit of zuccini and literally 3 tiny pieces of chicken, yummy though, 3/5.Pepper chicken - this was definitely the best tasting thing I got, very flavorful, great texture, lots of meat, but only got 1 single piece of bell pepper and 1 little chili, 4/5.Side note: Their takeout containers are all unrecyclable styrofoam :(
Trash only good thing is it’s packed with food but unfortunately garbage

This place is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. when I I need a special lunch, this is the place that comes immediately to my mind. excellent and food and a rich cuisine.courteous staff members, and nice vibes. Also, the expence is reasonable. I suggest this spot with pleasure.
