I met a friend there and the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was great! We will definitely be back.
I'm local so I go here maybe once every other month. The food is good. But every time there's a something wrong. Tonight ordered the buffalo chicken salad and no salad dressing or hot wing sauce. So I got a bunch of lettuce and some chicken. We ordered the strawberry lemonade and it tasted like watered down diet lemonade that's been sitting around all day. For $50 for dinner I just want what I paid for. And I just wanted to taste right. The service is pretty good, they're helpful and it's on me for not double checking it before I left. Which is fine. But it's every time I go there there's something.Check your order and make sure you get everything right and all of the stuff that goes with it when you order, especially when you order to go.
Busy restaurant on a Saturday night. I like sitting at the bar tables. It's always packed there and they have 4 big TVs going. Came here after a long day of running errands and didn't want to cook at home. Food is good. Drinks were good but the glassware was inconsistent. I had a cosmopolitan and 2 of their margaritas that should've been served in those larger martini glasses like in the picture on the menu. The bartender did let me know that they were all in use so my first 2 drinks were served in different glass sizes. I finally got the right glass on the 3rd drink! Yay!
Slow service and it wasn't busy. Could barely get a drink refill. My chips were super oily and not cooked. I sent them back and when the replacement arrived my food had already gotten to my table. The Ribeye steak was a saving grace. It was cooked to my expectations.
I've had delivery from here. I've dined-in. I can't say that I have been thoroughly happy with either. The food from the delivery came cold (probably not the restaurant's fault), missing items (probably the restaurant's fault and just not the greatest food I've eaten looking over those two facts. When I dined at the restaurant, the outcome wasn't great either. We sat at the bar to have a few drinks and wait out the 45 minute wait. We were served chips and salsa, which I thought were complimentary like a lot of other places. Bit the bartender saw us eating them and seemed like she got upset. Telling us that how did we get them, we didn't order them. Whatever. What were we supposed to do? They were brought to us. When we finally got seated, it took a while for anyone to take our order. Waiter came, took our order. We had to ask for our drinks to be brought out after a while because we were waiting too long without anything to drink. I think they forgot about them. We ordered 2 rounds before the food finally got there. The food was super mediocre. Cold and fairly bland. I have to add, they hadn't brought us any utensils or napkins. We weren't too happy when we left. Not going back for sure.
The food was horrible but the drinks and server was cool.

If I wanted hard staged chicken strips I could have gone to a fast food joint. Yuck, they tasted hard and old...I couldn't even finish my meal. I WILL NOT ever go to this Chili's location again.
Food was okay I ordered the margarita chicken, there food doesn't taste like it used to. Service can be a bit better as well.Other than that the experience was ok.
