So disappointing, just when I wanted to have some family time and enjoy a breakfast burger my lights were turned off by the horrible service. My family and I love Carl's Jr's but unfortunately sometimes when someone greets you irespectful our joy and look of glamor to that place is vanished. In hopes that when Carl's Jr reads my comment has in consideration the staff that they employee so they won't loose customers.

Food was greatVery fresh & very friendly employees. I was upset about the ranch. The employee who brought out our food was so polite & explained to me why there was no ranch .
I asked for a side of Western BBQ sauce instead of the regular BBQ sauce and they refused to give it to me citing that they don't have containers and their manager won't let them put it into other containers. I'll go to other Carls Jr's.

I work near buy and twice a week bring food to work for my employees. About 100 bucks a week. That will stop. Tired of buying food that cold. Bun that are hard like they have been sitting out 2 days. Also bei.g over charged. These workers want more than minimum wage but their work ethic is garbage. Can't do a simple job.
Quick, polite service during breakfast hours. Clean and spacious seating area, enjoyed dining in. The loaded breakfast burrito is good-sized and tasted fresh!
