Couldn't decide whether to give this location 3 stars or 4. I Gave this location 4 stars due to their store cleanliness, staff was friendly and cheerful and the waiters did try their best. The food was great , I ordered the carne asada pizza which was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. We were 12 family members and everyone enjoyed what they ordered so I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.This location almost received a 3-star rating because they were out of my favorite beer and the cocktails I ordered seemed plain. In the service department one of our kids meal didn't arrive until everyone finished eating.Overall we had a pleasant time at this restaurant and would go back again.??
I loved this branch of CPK, and we have encountered many great servers at this branch… HOWEVER, just this Saturday we experienced a terrible service that this CPK has offered by the MALE SERVER WORKING AT THE BAR. Not one to be very picky, but his attitude did not match with his role of being waiter: a listener, and the characteristics of being attentive and flexible.He kept rushing everywhere and seemed annoyed/irritated and IMMENSELY impatient when we were ordering or would ask for something because he had other things to do. It’s as if he had no time in his day to attend to customers, which is so ironic.Once I would order one entree, it’s as if he wanted to just get the words out of my mouth as he kept rushing and rushing, like he had to attend something else right away. Not only that, it seemed as if he just wanted you to finish your meal right away, the minute we sat down. Then once he would bring us our food, he would quickly leave before asking if we needed something. I’ve seen this restaurant be busy before, but today it wasn’t packed so his actions were very disappointing. To add, not only am I writing this due to my negative experience with him, but I would not be shocked if he treats other customers this way as well. Seems like he does not even want to serve, wow. He has been a waiter of ours at least twice and we were never satisfied by him, and I am so surprised that he still has his job at this branch.Really a shame that the managers allowed this or allowed one of their workers to act this way, or in fact, even keep a worker like this since the managers at this branch are so efficient and seem to try to give their best work for their customers.
The BBQ chicken salad was really good.
Staff in this location is a hit or miss but for the most part friendly and polite. The food is consistent as far as serving size, freshness and flavor so thats a good thing. We haven't had any issues with our food. The dinning room is always decent and clean. We haven't sat out in the patio but that is open aswell. The order and pick up needs to improve. Our last pick up order was given to us without bread, plastic utensils or napkins even though I made sure to check it off before I placed the order. My daughter noticed before I drove away so she had to get off and run back in. She said who ever helped her gave her "attitude" for asking for bread and oil.

Sat down at the bar, and was promptly served. Ray made the entire experience fantastic! The food was amazing, but the attention elevated the entire experience. 5 stars all around! A must try is the Beehive margaritas! Highly recommended a visit to this location.

When we walked in I was told there was a 20-30 mins. Andre the manager sat us in 5 minsMy mom and I were so impressed ? how he is all over the store. Picking up plates, cleaning and ensuring people get a table. Jade was so sweet and got our order correct. Andre boss came to our table and we let her know how good the service is in this location. Please keep it up. We will definitely be back.
one of my favorites restaurant was excited about my jambalaya pasta. Hottest not so welcoming then our waiter never brought out sangriaswe end up eating our food with waters . We cancel our drink at the end . I had to get up to call waitress to get service. Please train your staff properly bad service we still tip but the experience was not good we walked out upset
