Monica our server is truly a wonderful, great server. Because of her my daughter and I come eat dinner here at least almost every Thursday before my daughter gymnastics class across the street. She’s very attentive and when my 2 year old daughter acts up or spills her juice, she comes and helps me out by cleaning and helping my daughter calm down with her tantrums. She makes my daughter happy and in a better mood! When the restaurant is busy, she checks on all of us and what makes her even better is she always remembers our orders and checks on us frequently.
Went to check this place out for the first time. Went to the bar for food and service today 6/1 @ 3:30 and was finally recognized by the lady server at the bar. She ask what would you like to drink and I put my order in. At that time was looking at the online menu which is not accurate compared to the actual menu that our server finally provided, after a quick review of the menu I start mentioning what we wanted as her back faced us. Guess she wasn’t listening because she just took off! Waited for 15 min still no drinks. After waiting for that and to put an order in we decided to leave. I see a lot of reviews about the poor customer service and it is true. This place is to be avoided. Want a nice and friendly atmosphere and service go to apple bees or somewhere else.
Ordered an online at 10:39pm order for pickup to avoid seating cause we know Friday nights can be crazy. The ready time said 11pm. Arrived at 10:56pm. The server/host kept assuring us (about 3 times) that our order was on the way only to find out our order never registered into their system. He then offered us drinks to maintain some ease with us...only to find out no to go cups. So not only did he kept lying about checking on our order we waited nearly an hr. I would appreciate honesty and proper acknowledgement for compensation but none of that was given.
Food was good. Wings were well coated!?Just hated the fact that everyone was trying to avoid taking our order for some reason.. probably took around 25 minutes since we didn't want to be rude but eventually we just had to wave someone down. I understand waiting but come on 25 minutes without saying I'll be right with you or nothing?
The buffalo cauliflower was delicious. However, my potato wedges were cold and when I asked for fresh hot ones the waiter was not pleased. I had to get the silverware for our table and extra napkins even though it was not very busy when we came in.
Got there after 7 pm on a Saturday night. Did not wait long to get a table, about 20 minutes, and it was pretty full. I like the fact the bar area is separated by a wall divider. I had an attentive waiter, although I had to yell my order because the music was so loud?. The wings were reliably good and I got my order pretty quickly.
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would I had a bad experience here with my boyfriend walk in like around 1:15 pm we order some wings to go and some fries ! We ask the cashier if we could order some drinks at the bar while we wait for our order she say yes to walk to the bar we were waiting for 10mins no bartender at all they only had like 2 tables at the bar so when she finally came to take our order we specifically ask her for 2 patrón Margaritas ! She brought us some slushie margaritas which is blended too much ice even had a really bad brain freeze me and my boyfriend were nice about it we ask her is this how You serve the margaritas ? She said you guys ask for them blended ? What ? That was a lie because she didn’t even ask I’m a bartender myself rule #1 ask the customer either they want them blended or rocks terrible service she dint even offer to change them .We always come here and they are serve on the rocks we were going to give it another chance BUT we got home and NO FRIES they forgot our fries. Definitely not coming here again !
Terrible service...the guy or serverso rude., he had no manners...the drinks and fries came after the food...took almost 45 minutes to bring the food...the manager also does not care of all the issues I had tonight....very bad experience, never come back again. :((
The day was slow just a few people and it took my husband to flag someone down so that we could get refills on our drinks. The waitress had to leave and brought over the check. Once we paid no one came over to check in on us.
Food was good , I ordered garlic parmesan and lemon pepper boneless wings. House beer was really good.
