I had the honor of having Chef Joe and his team at my wedding. As a wedding professional myself, I have worked with caterers on many occasions. Chef Joe stood out - I was impressed by how personable, kind and attentive Chef Joe was, I immediately felt at ease. His food was impeccable, he is incredibly professional, SO talented and kind. He was the 1st vendor I booked, and he made us feel at ease about planning my wedding in such a short amount of time, I'm not sure how we got so lucky to have him cater our wedding, but we are forever grateful for the experience.
