Don't ask for delivery from this branchthey'll mess up your orderthey asked me to come over for my order but the point of the delivery of my order is that I can't come overpromised me for a refund but I never received it
New owners have ruined this store. Used to be fast service and consistently good food. Now service is slow, every order I've got has been wrong, chicken now has fat and cartilage in it from not being trimmed well and dumplings are smashed and falling apart and look like they've been cooked in an uncleaned pan. They also skimp on the waba sauce making the food bland. GET IT TOGETHER AND STOP PINCHING PENNIES or you will soon be out of business.
Service was not great, wasn’t busy at all got here 35 mins before they close. The person that was at the register wasn’t friendly at all.
Absolutely horrible service. Guy is whispering on the phone. Gets the order wrong like we predicted on the drive there.Then acts stupid when I ask for green onions and sauces. Giving Waba a bad name. ?
Horrible service cook was rude I'm pretty sure they were having a bad day I been a cook for Waba grill myself for 6years and I have never brought bad energy to my work area blessings
Gets order wrong, will not answer phone, otherwise food is good.
They are so rude and always forget something in the order and when you ask for what they forgot they don't make eye contact they don't talk to you and they turn their back to you as soon as they canThe food is good but at this point I don't know if that's enough to keep me coming back.

Filling! I ordered steak and chicken rice bowl with extra meat and a side of salmon. I was hungry. Food was really good. Big portion size. Not sure about others issues mentioned with the Asian guy. I think I delt with him but order online so was minimal. Only reason for 4 stars is I ordered extra sauce for $.29 and what I received was laughable. To think they actually charged me for that!! Especially after just spending $25. Id go back. Skipping the extra sauce of course.
