I placed an order at Togos and walked up to the outside window where you get yelled at if you come inside to pick up your order when you order through external means. The employee said you need to come inside because you can’t reach the card machine from outside (this was stated with a huge attitude). I walked inside and when paying I told the employee the attitude wasn’t needed and he smirked laughed and said whatever and continued with the attitude. When I asked who owned the Togos I was told it was Roy but he won’t call you or care. I then asked for the manager and it turned out to be the employee right next to us who witnessed the entire event and stated I am not part of that conversation so it’s alright he gives you an attitude. I asked this is alright with Togos and she said yes. Horrible customer service and I will not go here again after being a return customer for years. Do not go here if you want a good service experience. Horrible place with horrible staff.
Been coming here since 2013 and at the time the prices were really good because it had a combo, complete with the sandwich, soda and chips. And the soup of the day was tasty and reasonably priced. Now, over the years they raised the price too high on the combo, but they did away with the chips and if you want chips, its $1.90 more. And now the soup is rather pricy. It's okay with me they raised the price, but do not eliminate items from the combo order.
Old ingredients, stale bread, it's more like a burrito than a sandwichIts too expensive, 3$ more than what I would pay for the best sandwich.Could not see them make the sandwich, even my tall buddy could not see over the counter.it's a miracle how this place is in business, like Arby's or sizzler, its very hard to keep lots of ingredients ready.
No bueno, idk if it was the person who made the sandwich or if it was the ingredients in the store this week or in general but I would not recommend eating at this location. Reminds me of a rundown Subway in the middle of nowhere no one checks or cares if the food is old, or bad or expired. You will regret it later.

I had hair on my sandwich ,and when brought it to the attention of the employees they got very confrontational. They would not provide me with a new sandwich. So I left very un happy and hungry. Don’t let this happen to you.

The employees at this store have horrible customer service skills. It’s ok to hire people that do not speak English well, but still! With that type of attitude...It seems to be like you are treating with construction workers. It’s pretty clear the employees hate their job. They treat Doordashers like trash. They mess up the orders and treat you bad for it. Something as simple as placing a name on the orders they can't do. I will never go there.
This spot offers superb service as well as enjoyable menu. The best place in the city. The food arrived quickly and the prices were economical. Recommended.
Great food. Dining area is cramped but if it's not too crowded it's a fun little spot. Particularly enjoy the rustic spicy chicken and the crispy fried chicken.
