This place is actually open and staffed for drive thru and in door dining. Every Starbucks in South Orange County that I have been to has been closed for in door dining around 2pm. They are having major staffing issues. I use these coffee shops as my office after 3pm. I know that this location will be open. The staff here is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and I like the table layout allowing for plenty of people to dine. They offer tons of electrical plugs for your electronics. This is my go to place.
The most disgusting coffee I ever had. So sweet it stank up the whole car. And the clerk seemed to be really challenged by his complicated duties...
I always have preferred their coffee over Starbucks or Pete’s, but I have to say, I’m knocking one star off for the service… it’s really gone downhill since the pandemic, and their hours are unpredictable as well. And one thing which I think there is no excuse for is the fact that they don’t hand you any napkins unless you ask for them. Who does that?! All restaurants serve some napkins with an order. There is no excuse. And I’m tired of hearing that the pandemic is the reason for bad service. If they keep this up, I doubt they’ll stay in business, which is a shame because I think their products are better than Starbucks. But at the end of the day, customer service is important, and may make the difference between and staying in business, or not.

This Coffee Bean opened up not too long ago, so the facility is still very fresh and clean. When it's not busy, the drive thru is an easy going pleasant experience. I have stopped by when the drive thru was around the block, which is a bit unfortunate, going inside at that time was much quicker.The inside is super cute and looks like a cozy place to bring an activity to do while sipping your drink. There is a small patio to the side that overlooks the street. Staff so far has been friendly and nice. They made my drinks fairly timely, though every time I have gone, they look a bit short staffed.
Really love the coffee and variety of options here, but the customer service could use some help. Went here 15 min early for a father's day promotion WITH MY DAD that started at 2pm, and was told that they could not offer the deal. By the time we reached the payment window it was 10 min until and still they said they could do nothing. IF YOU HAVE a coupon, be sure to look at the TIME you are able to use it!!
If you haven't tried coffee being you really should. While their locations are not everywhere I'm so happy there's one that's close to me. My event of this location numerous times since they opened and have yet to have a bad experience. The staff as always been courteous and prompt. In the coffee always great. I know it's not boutique coffee but for big box coffee this is the place to go.
