Terrible service. We ordered the vegan entrees from a menu category that explicitly says vegan. They gave us fish sauce with the noodle dish and when I asked the owner about it, he basically put up his hands and said I don't know. He disappears, and then someone comes and picks up my dish, and 10 minutes later I have a new one. No apologies, no discussion, nothing. Terrible service and avoid this place as clearly they didn't care.
Pretty generic for Vietnamese food wasn’t impressed. To be honest. Ordered the shaken beef and it was pretty much bland. I had shaken beef many times before and mine was a little bit off. The spring rolls were somewhat dry so I had to rewet it with water to revive the wrapper so I ended up just eating the inside and tossing the wrapper. Came here for lunch from work so decided to stop by the service was great don’t get me wrong. But disappointed because of the reviews ordered my partner some pho because he wanted some for lunch on our break and even the pho was bland. Their wasn’t any flavor no anise, black pepper cardamom where is the seasoning. Disappointed because we paid about 70$ bucks and some boba on the side. I wouldn’t mind giving it a try again but for the price I’m better off going to garden grove for some amazing Vietnamese food
Been coming here 20+ years. Excellent Vietnamese food. Every dish is legit good. Food here can rival any restaurant's in Little Saigon.

Excellent pho, especially the oxtail and brisket. I would highly recommend Thanh Binh for anyone looking for some delicious pho.
Because we had business in Huntington Beach, California, On the way home to San Clemente, we were hungry. As Thanh Binh is just off the five freeway, it is an easy stop halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego. The restaurant is clean. The Vietnamese food is exquisite, the ladies’ restroom and kitchen are immaculate. When it comes to delicious Vietnamese food, this is our go-to restaurant.

Good food. Pho with meatball was flavorful. My only complaint was that I thought the price was a little high for Pho noodles. It was $12 for medium size
Anyone leaving a low review hasn't eaten at too many pho places. If you want low priced pho, this is the place. It's very very good. It won't blow your mind but it's a staple of the area.
