subway is one of my favorite go to sand which fast food places !
I ordered 2 orders and only one was correct and the other one was completely off, it wasn't toasted like I asked for and I payed extra for it. On top of that it was missing the condiments and most of the veggies I had asked for. Very disappointed usually I go here because I've never had a problem like this.
I went in yesterday April 30 th. at 2 pm to buy 3 sandwiches at this particular location on El Toro and Serrano in Lake Forest ,CA 92630. The order was handled by one of the employees who actually started to put the Tuna on a foot long Sandwich. I noticed she was not wearing a mask , So I immediately told her Wait! !! you’re Not wearing a mask before making the sandwiches? She looked up at me with no answer! The tuna was already on the whole sandwich. I immediately told her “ I do not want this” Immediately left”. I was wearing a mask for sure before I walked in. This is Not Safe for customers especially at this critical time.
I come in at 1130am and it's pretty dead. And the ladies welcomed us in :). It started picking up and these 2 ladies always welcomed every customer in . They have some the BEST customer service I have received . They were quick and always had a smile on their faces . The store was very clean and chips were organized . I will definitely come back

Unwelcoming staff, work very slow and talk a lot to each other. Restroom was nasty. Lost my appetite.
I don't eat there often but it is really good. You can choose your own subs and how it's made.
Workers here are very nice and work quickly
