Fast drive thru. Great customer service. Order was perfect
Drive thru only at the moment, and I didn't want to go that route. Likely short staffed. Their location is somewhat of a challenge to get to, but it is in a good position within the shopping center. I do plan to return to this spot in the not too distant future.
If I could give 0, I would. I kept thinking maybe they're just having a bad day everytime I went but the fact that it's everytime I go It's frustrating. Not sure if the older lady at the drive through is racist or just has the worst customer service. She's is super rude it's sad. Idk why she even works there. I'm very high on customer service and if you don't like working at a place quit ! Or don't take it out on the customers. Only saying because I have worked in the food industry, retail, and drive through. I asked for a venti they got the wrong size and I was still being polite saying please and thank you. Never did she apologize and just turned around without saying anything. Got back a what was supposed to be Frappuccino and got basically water and this is what I got.
Probably the worst Starbucks on planet earth! If I could give them (-)stars I would, negative infinity stars? Probably! Every time I goThere it’s a bad experience I ordered my tall quad blond Americano 3 times I repeats QUAD & the guy Taking the order just ignoring me while I was waiting for him to update the order on tje screen I was polite & nice !!!! Then they literally filled my cup with stale old pike & gave it to me it’s disgusting not worth my money or the tip I hate that Starbucks so much I e never hated anything more in my life they ruin my day every time I make the mistake of stopping there. What is wrong with them I hope they go out of business. Ps I love the Starbucks ladera the 2 on oso the one in Laguna hills all the other Starbucks stores world wide I just hate this specific store.
Staff is very kind and hardworking and always makes my order correctly! The people complaining that the drive thru wait is long clearly don’t understand that places are experiencing staff shortages nationwide. If you don’t want to wait, clearly you don’t have the time or need to get a drink :) Shoutout to the staff for always being so nice, so under appreciated!!
The walk in area is closed so you're forced to wait in the drive through line which we're still in and it's 30 minutes long.They don't have the longer straws for the venti size orders....avoid this one and go to a different location.
This location is so horrible there wait times are ridiculous and everytime I come here the staff seems so miserable most of them are rude I make it a point to say thank you when they hand me my drink and everytime and the associates never says your welcome or any type of manners. This one time I walked in to get my mobile order pick up I ordered a mango dragon fruit and I noticed the similar drink on the counter with another name on it I overheard the other barista said the drink has been sitting there, anyways the man called my name and asked what I was picking up I told him What drink and my name he then grab the drink that was sitting on the counter and put ice in another cup and poured it into a separate cup I assumed he was going to serve me the drink that was sitting there with another persons name on it however since I seen what was happening I had to stop him and ask him if he can make me a new drink considering that drink was sitting there and not even mine he rolled his eyes then made it. Honestly he Made me feel like I did something wrong because I asked him to make me a new drink like I said they all seem so miserable here.
They don't have straws for your drink anymore.They give it to you and basically you have to go figure out how to drink it.
We walked in and ordered, this Starbucks appeared to be clean, the cashier and baristas were very nice, and they were fast even though they were very busy.The drive through was also very convenient, even though we did not use it, no lines back into traffic.The coffee was also made perfect, we ordered a latte and an americano, both were excellent.Good Starbucks!
Absolutely lovely employees here! Keana was so kind and friendly. This is now my new favorite Starbucks! They also have a drive through for those who don't want to get out their car.
