I had an excellent salted cream cold brew. Fast and clean and friendly and socially distanced. All good!!
They served me a cold nitro w/ sweet cream in cup with a loose lid and when I tried to drink it stained my clothes. Went back in and the solution they offered was to pour my coffee into a bigger cup with a good lid. The special $5 nitro with cream on top is not that special anymore. Sorry but I have higher expectations for a Starbucks drink. Not coming back to this location again.
Super friendly and fast
I went with my old college roommate and some of her friends; all were from Lake Forest, CA so they were like little lambs when I told them to meet me in the 'Loin for breakfast. Portions were healthy and delicious! My visitors were impressed, I hope.

Covid-19 protocols seem pretty tight at this Starbucks. Drinks and service are up to Starbucks standards.
My mobile order was overlooked so I waited several minutes and it was there the whole time! I was also affronted by a customer because I expressed my disappointment to the person behind the counter in a calm but annoyed tone. (I ORDERED 10-12 minutes ahead and was told upon entering it wasn't ready yet!) The service at this location isn't nearly as good as other locations and traveling for my job, I've been to many throughout OC. I used to live around the corner from this location and by and large, never happy here.
