The fish soup is great.Never had soup like this. Very refreshing.I will visit again next time I'm in town.

Uni fried rice was unique. I have never had any fried rice like it before. The fish rice noodle soup was rich, thick, and had depth. It almost tasted like beef bone or chicken bone soup, but much healthier. I'm coming back here again to try some other stuff, too. I also took home the salivating chicken, which was spicy and delicious. The server was terrific! He worked alone, but he was attentive enough and generous.

Wow, their sauerkraut fish soup is absolutely delicious! very comforting and spicy at the same time, it is not what you would expect it to be "fishy." Definitely one of my new favorite spots.

5 stars all around! Deliciously fresh food, friendly staff, and a very clean up-to-date restaurant. I came here and ordered to-go, but wish I could have stayed. I had the house special fish soup with rice noodle and fish filet that was light, fresh, and full of flavor. My husband had the tomato soup with udon and shredded chicken. The tomato broth had a bright tomato flavor. The house special fish soup may be my new favorite cold-weather dish. I will definitely be back!

So I don't like fish soup but this place makes really good fish soup. The broth is hearty and good and not fishy at all. They don't use msg or anything of the sort. Def. Became one of my togo places.

That hit the spot for a delicious and flavorful noodle soup. Sheung Shui focuses on making the best fish soup they can, and it you can taste the care and attention towards the broth and ingredients.I ordered their main item, the House Special Fish Soup with Fish Filet and Rice Noodle. There are an assortment of toppings included in the soup such as fish cake, cabbage, mushrooms, clams, and green onions. The broth is rich and flavorful, which satisfies that rich soup craving that one might get for ramen. The rice noodles are very soft and have good flavor as well, soaking up the broth. The fish filet were mild in flavor and was soft enough to melt in your mouth. All of the toppings were also excellent and well done.I would love to come back and try some other dishes, including the seafood chowder rice soup, which is served with all the toppings portioned separately in a beautiful display. This restaurant is great for a quick bite in the area, and also does take out as well. I always think that noodle soups are best eaten fresh, so I am glad that such a delicious option is now in this area. Also, their online menu is not as clear as their paper menu. The paper menu is much more helpful in deciding what kind of soup you would like.

great fish broth noodle with a good variety of flavors. their side dishes are awesome too. the rice dishes also looks great but I didn't order one this time. maybe next time when I come over again.

Not only was the house soup good but I got the pickled fish soup and the mouth watering chicken which were both delightful. Was quite tasty and good. The fish was very fish cod, hope this quality keeps up. Forgot to take photo of fish soup was too tasty. Will definitely go back here.

So far so good. My opinions for the owner. Try to show more English or Japanese words in your restaurant because your menu have some taste Japanese cuisine too.

Ordered their house special and also the spicy soups (will definitely try their others). No idea how some people think it is bland, I feel like they could use less salt, since the broth is incredibly rich. Had leftovers in the fridge that congealed 100% (meaning the broth is rich with lots of fish protein), but reheated nicely. Ordered with rice noodles and agaric (black mushroom/fungi) also with fish/seafood proteins. Will definitely be going back when I want hearty soup. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, funny how I found this place looking up the nearest Wierschnitzel on Google Maps.
