Had the Jasmine pearl milk tea, it was flavorful and tasty. I like it with 30% sweetness, it was the perfect sweetness! This place is clean and drinks are excellent. I’ll definitely be back and try different flavors of milk tea.

We got the avocloud, lychee fruit tea, and purple potato latte with panda pearl, which is the combination of black boba and crystal boba. All drinks are good and the bobas are just right.
The drinks here are a bit too sweet even at the reduced sugar levels. Maybe will just need to get no sugar for everything.
These drinks are so good! One of the few places around here that has fruit tea drinks with real fruit (from concentrate), AND let's you adjust the sweetness without sacrificing flavor!
Need to adjust time on Maps and their POS. Placed an order at 9am since they “open” at 9am. Got a confirmation email and everything saying it’ll be ready in approx 20 mins. I arrive and surprise! they actually open at 11am. Called at 11am to find out the boba is not ready for another 20 mins… Management needs to fix these issues.Edit: Staff does not wear masks or gloves. Additionally, no apologies for late service or any inconveniences. Just showed up and waited to get my tea made, and left with barely any words shared… At the very least a “thank you for waiting” or a “sorry for the wait” would’ve been appreciated especially given that the wait was 2 hours longer than expected.The drink was mediocre at best in my opinion. The tapioca pearls are an okay consistency and the Okinawa brown sugar tea is overwhelmingly sweet at 100%. It’s not bad but it’s nothing special.I was excited to try this new place out but given my personal experience, I do not see myself returning here.
Omg! Best Boba ever! This is a long drive but so worth it. Tried to go somewhere closer and the boba was crunchy! This Boba is hot and fresh. Just be careful going close to closing time and sometimes they run out. Please open one closer to the 5 in South County!!!
Best boba. But prioritized friends over paying-customers.
