Andrew and the rest of the great staff at my local Peet's coffee in Lake Forest, operate this place like a well oiled machine. Not only are you greeted by name with a big smile. You're going to receive probably some of the best customer service around Lake Forest. Andrew is an amazing Barista, fast, efficient, great attitude always, and a very good, hard worker. I just wanted to thank you guys for always making me feel like I'm at home. You all deserve a raise, in my book!

I walked in for a cup of French Roast, friendly cashier said no dark roast right now, let me check. Another staffer checked the draw and gave 3 types they can brew, no French Roast. So disappointed...not good Peets considering I only drink your French Roast...

Wonderful staff, all very sweet and cheery. We came in today for the first time and it was around 7:30am. Their outdoors patio is quaint and there are vines growing up on the side of the building which adds a nice touch.They have red Adirondack chairs (beach feel) it adds a pop of color and a pleasant setting, and it's such a lovely ambiance and atmosphere! Overall such a lovely cozy shopping strip. It has a cohesive architecture with French Country and hints of Tuscany just embracing and very inviting. There are lots of shopping stores, Jamba Juice, corner bakery, Pier One Imports and more just to name a few.We will definitely come back. Kudos to all staff. I had placed our order online and I am so new to the app that I totally humbly forgot to add the tab for wArming on my almond croissant, I took it back so that they could kindly warm it up for me. I was straight up honest with the cashier and mentioned to her that I did not realize o did not hit the tab for wArming on the app and that they did nothing wrong.She was very sweet and extra helpful. The barista came over and asked if if had placed the order with the tab wArming, I immediately mentioned to her that It was my fault. All were very understanding they just wanted to make sure that I knew that there was a tab for that option. They are definitely EXTRA kind and sweet at this location than the one in Aliso Viejo Village at Laguna Niguel.
