I’d give this store 0 stars if possible. Terrible service! store manager got aggressive with my wife. We won’t be spending our money here after 27 years in lake forest. Kid gave a fake name. Can’t believe papa Johns supports this kind of behavior at their establishment. He also lied about being the store manager. Reached out to corporate on several platforms. Take your business elsewhere!
I always order well done bake and square cut....each time I pick up its pie cut , normal bake. LAME!!
I live 3.7 miles away but for some reason that is too far for delivery. Also, this location shows as being closed all the time on the papajohns website. What's going on papa johns?
Terribly managed location with rude employees. We tried calling so many times to update an order and they never pick up. Pizza is great but who wants to be treated so poorly for a pizza!

They do not pick up the phone. Corporate customer service responds within seconds. Tried to change my order and they kept disconnecting. It’s a shame that a pizza place doesn’t pick up the phone.
I ordered my pizza on a phone call and the representative told me it takes 20 minutes, when I got there after 20 minutes they told me I have to wait 30 minutes or more until it gets ready, all I’m saying is they should’ve mentioned that on the phone call before I drive all the way there , that’s just not right, at the end without apologizing they said you want to keep it or cancel it! I just had to cancel it.
Ordered a pizza. They said the wait was 20 minutes ended up waiting more than an hour. Staffed by teens slacking off They just tell you to cancel the order because they don’t wanna hear it ?
Good pizza and great service. We use this place for dinner nights, kids birthdays, and many other events.
Normally very good. This time the bbq Chicken pizza was almost all bbq sauce couldn't taste anything else.
