I drove through and ordered two cheeseburgers and two chili cheese fries. Genesis was the employee that served me and she had the best attitude ever. Very positive and extremely polite and courteous. I really appreciated her interpersonal skills, I will be going to Tommy’s more often as a result of the excellent service! Major kudos to Genesis, you hardly see that kind of customer service anymore.Thank you Tommy’s
The burger was just average but the Genesis, who took my order, was outstanding!
Great food but all the girls who work there seem like they hate their job.They walk around like zombies hoping someone else will get the next customer.
I would hate to see this place leave lake forest, I think Tommy’s has created a niche community in this area and this establishment definitely needs more credit where it’s due. The chili is absolutely exquisite and the cheese melted all over it is mouthwatering when enjoying some crunchy fries. ?
This place is garbage. Super thin burger patties and “cheese fries” which consist of regular fries with 2 slices of American cheese slightly melted on top. I was kind of expecting some sorta off non-cheese sauce but this?! Never again. I guess people here like it because they grew up with it. Skip this place and just go to Burger King. You’ll be better off.
The food was great as usual. The staff was friendly and very fast. Everything was made as we ordered and nice and hot. Tommy’s has the best chilli ever
