Not only is the food bad here, but the staff is horrible, and the manager is completely unprofessional. My co worker and I ordered lunch from here and had it delivered via doordash. Thank god I ordered vegetarian because my co worker got meat and hers was bloody and not cooked. She tried pulling the meat off and got blood on her hands. We called to let the staff know and was told "the meat looks fine to me". We told them its bloody, and they said that is how its supposed to be. When we asked to speak to the manager the staff hung up on us. We called back and asked to just get the managers name, and the staff hung up on us again. Called yet again and staff hung up again. Tried calling corporate but its just a recording and a voicemail. Can't speak to any real person who cares. So I had to wait till I was off work and drive over there in person and speak with the manager face to face. When I confronted him about his staff hanging up on us repeatedly he said "well we were busy". When I told him that I work in customer service management myself and this is not acceptable he actually laughed in my face. The employees and manager don't care about their customers in the slightest and don't care if they serve you bloody meat to make you sick. I would never ever go here again, not just because of the bad food and rude staff, but because of the horrible careless manager.
This place is good, and the staff is very friendly. My concern was just trying to get a parking spot (Enterprise Rent-A-Car right next door), and that it can be a bit of a wait during the lunch rush (my bad). Oh yeah and FYI: the online ordering really doesn't help if you do not have a full staff. Again, the sandwiches are good but you you should really get there early.
Very good for a doordash order. Recommend the Mr Pickles sandwich if you like pickles and crunch in your sandwich. Tasty
I ordered online and payed for my sandwiches. When My sister went to pick them up they say they didn't have the order. I checked my credit card and I indeed payed for the sandwiches. I'm 100% positive I put in the correct location. Besides there is not another Mr. Pickles for like 300 miles so It's a little hard to mess up on. I asked to speak to the manager and asked her to look at the credit card payments that went through, she said she did which was laughable considering I never gave her an amount. She told me to cancel online. I asked her how I go about doing that and she told me she didn't know. So my sister had to reorder my sandwiches and pay again. Then they got my order wrong. I know she ordered it correctly because I was on the phone with her. This place is a joke. Beware ordering online. You just might get ripped off like me.
Mr. Pickle's knows how to make a good sandwich. Been ordering from them multiple times a week for lunch breaks, and they've been great every time. Would highly recommend their Italian, the Tom Turkey, and the Cali Tuna with a side of Dirty Chips (very important!). Apparently this is a chain mostly based in NorCal, with only one for the entirety of SoCal. I'd be happy with more Mr. Pickles down here!
I've never been unhappy with a sandwich from here. Their weird specialty ones are great and they do a great job with the basics. Their Italian could use a bit more attention on the meats used but still tastes good.

Some of the best sandwiches, been coming for many many years but it's going downhill. Owner no longer in here with his wife like the good old days. A lot of people are being hired for cheap here and they lack confidence speaking English and they cover up their faces making them very hard to understand and communicate with. They also blast obnoxious and obscene music making it even more difficult to communicate / hear / understand / get orders correct. Also not family friendly when they do that. If the sandwiches werent so delicious, I wouldn't come back here or support them.
