1st time at this location. We had the all you can eat buffet which was a very good deal (Its not listed, but it's lunch version is) during the middle of the week and the place was almost empty if you'd like a quieter environment. (Basic salad bar along with several delicious pizza choices and we were asked for the particular pies that we would like them to bake since we got there early) However, the ice machine was broken (it happens). What I found unbelievable is that the manager couldn't be bothered to go and get a bag of ice to put out for the benefit of his customers. If you'd rather a room temperature Coke or Iced Tea, then this is the place.
Just went to Mountain Mike's and ordered a pizza, which comes with a free small pizza dessert. We ordered on line and went to pick it up. When my husband went in to get the pizza he didn't see the free small dessert pizza. He asked about it and they said they were out of it and offered churros. He said that was fine. Then they said "It wasn't in the system." So my husband left and we decided not to go there again. Terrible customer service. becausbecause they say free doesn't mean
2nd time trying this chain. The first time was amazing! Love that they use linguica in pizzasHowever the last order was not the best, maybe the ratio of toppings was off or less fresh veggies.. Not sureBut will definitely give them another shot just coz of the topping options!
We ordered several pizzas for a child's birthday party. They were fresh and delicious and enjoyed by everyone.

Pizza in general is getting EXTREMELY expensive everywhere. I ordered the mini 4 slice pizza but not impressed and for $8 it was maybe worth no more than $5.
We had a prior bad experience at this MM location, but since 5 years had passed we decided to give them another try.We ordered 1 pizza, 1 order of bread sticks, and 1 salad at 6:30 pm. After an hour of waiting we got a call and the employee said that our order was delayed another hour. At 8:35 pm we started calling MM to see the status of our order, however nobody ever answered the phone. At 8:45 the driver left the order on the front porch. I went out to discover that the salad was missing. The driver said they didn’t have any salad and apologized. We opened the pizza and bread and found them both to be cold. Not luke warm but cold. I told the driver that I wanted a call from the manager and our purchase refunded since we didn’t get our order and what they delivered was cold. He said he would pass on the request. I tried until closing time call but nobody picked up and the manager never called. The charges still show on our account. They are a bunch of crooks. They stole over 2 hours of my time, they delivered a partial order that was cold and charged us for the full order. I highly recommend going across the street to Dominos. They take pride in what is delivered and the customers time and based on my MM experience a superior product. Stay away from the LF MM at all costs if you value your time and money.
Bought pepperoni pizza from RSM, CA location for the first time last night. One of the worst pizzas I have ever purchased. Medium size was almost $20, way overpriced for something we threw away. Overcooked almost burned in some sections) pepperoni was so crispy we could break it apart. Never to order again from this pizza company. Would have been better off baking a store bought frozen.
This is second time we have come in for the buffet pizza and salad.I love the crust on their ? pizza. They give you choices of pizzas , all of them are excellent.I noticed today they put one out with jalapeños. OMG it was fantastic ? We also love the veggie pizza and Hawaiian pizza ?We will be back!
No flavor sauce, toppings had no distinctive flavor. Very blah pizza and very expensive.
