What can you say. It is McDonald's. Food is ok. The best thing on the menu is the egg mcmuffin. I love them. But they know it. Keep raising the price. Coffee is not hot but warm. Can't stand the fact you can't get really hot coffee because some lady was too stupid to realize you don't put hot coffee in your lap. Stupidity should be painful
Poor customer service. I asked for a 20 pc chicken nugget meal, which I ordered a month before and was told I could not order 20 pc chicken nuggets. The drive thru staff had a poor attitude and when I talked to the manager he never apologized or tried to correct the mistake. How is it you can’t provide quality customer service and admit your mistakes and correct the customer experience. I will not go back to this Mc Donald’s and I hope this post causes your establishment business in the future.
Worst McDonald's ever. Employees over charge you and cold cheese on McMuffins. Manger is the rudest employee ever.
F this McDonald's. I forgot to order my drink at the speaker and asked for one at the window. There wasn't many cars behind me probably like 2 at most. The guy tells me I need to go park to get a drink. What kind of crazy is this. Never coming here again. It doesn't take long to serve a drink
Over priced for the quality and type of food you get... Large fries 4$ ??? This is for fast food people. I'd rather spend at In and Out. Less money and just as tasty.
Their menu is limited now compared to before the pandemic. They are way too expensive now compared to Jack in The box.
Tonight I put an order through the app at 8:05 pm. However the restaurant closes at 8:00pm. The order still went through. I was charged for the food and not given it. I then went to the drive through to explain my concern. I pulled up and was greeted with something along the line of "welcome to mcdonalds, would you like to try our new crispy chicken sandwich? I said no and explained my concern. I was then ignored. The employee did not say anything. I was there for about 2 minutes and I asked if anyone was still there and had no response. Why was I greeted as if they were still taking orders? I then pulled forward and saw an employee and signaled them to come over and explained my concern. I was told something along the lines of "the system and store close at 8 and to contact customer service". This was a bad experience.
Pretty standard McD.In-store is normal.Online ordering went smoothly. Although I wish I can use multiple coupons that make sense. Like I want to use the McD free fries when installing the mobile app but also want to order something else. I just ordered the fries. Then ordered again after I ate the fries. Seems a waste to mcd.Delivery. I have never used. No plans to.
Around 8am if the drive through is packed (even though this was a Tuesday morning and was not) but still I walked in and was taken care of immediately with great service!!!
I was on my own for dinner that night so I decided to stop for a quick bite. I usually walk into the restaurants because I special order my food but I was surprised to find out that this McDonald's closes their lobby at 7 p.m. Has anyone else heard of a McDonald's lobby closing at 7 p.m.? It was 7:20 p.m. so drive-thru here I come!!!
