? Cant go wrong at McDonalds...Will always be the go to for fast food!
Great staff and customer service. The one downfall is that they don't have the same deals as other McDonald's. But a great quick snack when my kids get out of karate.
Under staff, store closed at regular business hours, drive thru is more than 30 minutes wait time. Stuck in drive thru.
Everything at this location is always fresh and never wrong. The downside which has become a running joke between my gf and I is all the employees sound like they want to blow their brains out. Hilarious.
Sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes, and they didn't even get my order correctly. What's the point of fast food, if they cannot get simple orders correct..
Terrible experience. The guys taking your order is an absolute j**** It’s like it’s our problem we are ordering food and bothering him.
My order was sitting on the counter for 20 minutes and was not on the display that list the ready to pick up numbers. My fries were cold and not enjoyable at all. Bathroom was out of tp and was dirty. Definitely not well organized and understaffed.
Just FYI they ask walk ins to wear masks. I don't know if they refuse service or not. due to that change I noticed the drive thru line has been significantly longer and slower. The drive thru line isn't set up well for long lines and people will cut in front of the actual line and it gets dangerous. I saw a lady get out of her car to yell at a cutter but I didn't stick around to see the results. The staff has been changing a lot lately so there is no consistency in quality control. Don't expect your order to be perfect no matter how many or few items you order. Door dash and similar services often get priority and make wait times longer when you do a walk in order. The parking lot is often full around lunch and when I went recently there was no parking and had to park across the street. The staff seems to work hard but they also don't seem adequately staffed. Always signs saying now hiring. I go here about once per week and they were one of the only McDonald's to never bring indoor dining or self serve drinks back at any point in the past year.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AT FAST FOOD!!! THIS IS NO EXAGGERATION BUT IN LINE FOR 30 MINUTES!!!THIS IS A REOCCURRING ISSUE. THE OWNER NEEDS TO TAKE MORE INTEREST IN HIRING MORE STAFF!!!
They get the order wrong more than right and with no seating inside this last time I didn't realize the sandwich portion was totally wrong till I left. I would urge everyone to check every single item ordered before leaving the lot. My sausage and egg biscuit ended up with mystery meat (chicken) and nothing else. At least I got the hashbrowns this time. By the way I'm not happy that for the review you have to give at least one star before you can post.
