Amazing. Prepared quickly and efficiently. Delicious! I had the family feast although must admit some of the meat selection was a bit space but definitely left my family with a full satisfied bellies.
The food was really good here ! One of the employees Favi was really good to us at my table and made dining there a great time ! Will definitely come back here soon
Don’t get me wrong, this place makes good foo, however my beef koubadeh was undercooked and pink, (i was very sick later on)so I got another order of it and this time there was plastic in the middle of the beef and I had eaten it and noticed it after. I’m so upset I would’ve expected a better experience but the staff are very welcoming and nice to the customers. I’m sorry but I won’t be coming here again.
I tried to order their Mediterranean Melt and since I dont eat red meat, I asked to substitute chicken. The guy was an absolute jerk about it and said no. I asked if I could pay the difference to add chicken and just withhold the gyro meat and told me they won't do that. I asked if it was because they are pre-made and he said, "no, we make them fresh to order but they just won't add chicken because it is a store policy". Funny since I have ordered it with chicken at the irvine location. Having that policy is fine but the fact that he was so rude and lacking any sense of customer service skills is why they garnered a 1 star review.
I like that they have heaters on there outside patio. So when it dose get chilly you can eat outside and still be warm.
Food is good but definitely pricey. What was really bad though is that if you try to use their rewards you get scammed. The Buy One Get One Free from their own app/point system is not honored.
Great food. They are busy. Worth the wait.
