The store is clean and the staff were super friendly. I took a look at the selection and the fruits looked incredibly fresh. I ordered a strawberry wave and it was delightful. A great place for a refresher. Would highly recommend.
I got my $50 order messed up by an old gentleman who barely spoke English and was getting help from everyone to put a simple order in the systemVery poor service
I like this place BC they still make real juices but my one star is for the service. I hope the owner reads this . i don't understand your reasoning for when you stop serving your customers. When your hours are until 7 that means you serve until 7 and then you close and start cleaning. You can not say to your customers you can not make them anymore juice after 6:30 bc you want to clean your juicer!!!! That's ridiculous. Learn your customer service and hopefully you gain better reviews.

there sign says “ mask on at all times” the man had no mask, seriously? we are in a pandemic he was making my acai bowl and had no mask he was breathing on my bowl. horrible.

For that reason, I LOVE Juice It Up!.The acai is always consistent and never runny.But most importantly, the bowls here TASTE GOOD.Order #2 if you like passion fruit.BOMB
On Wednesday they will not answer the phone calls to order before. I ask on of the employee last week I went why won’t they answer call she said because they are really busy on Wednesday. And I was the only customer 10 min later came another customer and ask the same question.
The juices are great and I'm not acai, juice, ...guy
They make the pb cold brew mocha just right for me, I dont like as much peanut butter. But word of advice to the employees:try smiling a little.
