I am not one to write reviews, but I had to share our experience. Never in my life have I had a sandwich so disappointing as I did today. There was so little on it, you would think it was just bread. I ordered a ham and cheese and added avocado spread to it. There was a total of 3 slices of meat, 2 slices of cheese, a little bit of lettuce and tomato and I had to hunt for the avocado spread. There was no flavor to the sandwich other than the taste of bread. I have had far better sandwiches from less expensive chains. I really miss Togo’s right now.
I'm not one that likes to leave bad reviews but this needs to be posted about this location. This is the absolute worst location. Rude employees, I regret it everytime I order lunch from this place. They take over a hour to show up, sometimes 2, freaky fast delivery? You call them and they say its out for delivery and still doesn't come. 90% of the time your order is wrong, how can you mess up a online order, just read the order. Not hard to make a sandwhich. They often forget your drink, they dont make your sandwhich correct. I will never order from this franchise again. I strongly suggest if you are looking for Jimmy Johns to use another location. This place is horrible. I hope the owner is losing money.

I wish the other Lake Forest Jimmy John's was still open, the staff was so much friendlier, and more competent. I ordered online for pickup, they gave away my food to someone else and then had problems with trying to refund me. Corporate support to track down my refund was unhelpful. I'll avoid this store like the plague as it's not the first time I've had issues here. Not to mention the fact they wear their masks under their noses, some not wearing them while preparing my food, I'm not crazy about masking but Delta is spreading so why even fake it if you don't intend to wear it properly? This place is a mess. Go elsewhere, Mr. Pickle has better quality meat and Which Wich has better variety.
Checked online if it was open and it said it was. Got there and the door was locked with nobody inside. There wasn’t even a sign that said it was closed. The lights were on inside. By then it was too late to go anywhere else on my lunch break so i didn’t get to eat
Please teach staff basic food handling and sanitation. No use wearing gloves if you handle money before making sandwiches.
A great sandwich and the typical quality you would expect at any Jimmy Johns.The customer service, is horrible at this location!Get your sandwich and get out...From the cashier to the sandwich maker all had an attitude issue!Their leadership has clearly failed them as they don’t give a duck!
1st bread of the day is actually day old rolls.
Always great and really fast! Use the call ahead and most often it's waiting for you! Friendly staff and well taken care of. My go to for a yummy bite.
