I used the mobile app to purchase 2 drinks (1 sprite with easy ice and 1 coke with extra ice) and 1 vanilla shake. picked it up at the drive through. The staff were professional and my order was perfect! :)
I asked for a vegetarian dish. I asked several times for jumbo eggs rolls and whether it has meat. He say no. I have been deceived

Had the same experience as another reviewer on here recently. I only go to this Jack location at late nights because all the others ones are unfortunately closed. It’s always the same experience.Every single time I go to it, they would mess up my online order. An item would go missing, and by the time I would go home, the location is already 20 minutes away. It happens constantly. I didn’t mind the first time, but the 3rd or even 5th time? Even the person in front of me was complaining about their order.I feel for the workers as well. Since all other local Jack locations have been closed at late night hours, everyone in the area would go to this location. They have long lines that wrap around the lot at 2-3 AM in the morning. They seem understaffed with the way the line flows as well. Such a shame to be honest. It just shows how naive the management is at this location.Worst Jack out of all the locations within 15 miles. Avoid it. Never coming here again.
nearly impossible getting a satisfactory order from online... I've ordered 2 sets tiny tacos with a teriyaki bowl and an EXTRA thing of the avocado lime sauce and I've yet to receive it at all. The first time it happened? Understandable. I ordered a lot of food. But the next three times? I can forgive a mistake but I can't get past the pattern. Please just give me the sauce

Traveling through town stopped for breakfast and a restroom break......doors we're locked, signs said dining room opens at 6 am we were there after 8:30.......no signs anywhere explaining why doors are locked..... simple signs would help
Messed up my order and the lady at the drive thru misunderstood me because of she doesn't understand English well. I had to drive 2 miles back to the location to get my order correct and they would not give me a refund for messing up the order. I clearly said 2 hamburgers and they gave me 1. This was an order for someone else so this was a huge hassle to have to drive all the way back to get the correct order when it was her fault for misunderstanding my order.
We have been here multiple times, and unfortunately we always get helped by “Verenice” (thats the name on the receipts) she is incredibly rude, has horrible customer service everytime and the worst face. She should get off her high horse. You cant even look at the menu or ask something without her being a total B****. Other employees have always been kind and even made us laugh a little. We’ve also heard from ppl we know that she is indeed very rude. One star atleast for the other employees.
