This USED to be one of my favorite JITB…food hot, good customer service, absolutely not one problem….But that just recently changed…drastically! More details later!
The service was ok, the burger was pretty good, the fries were terrible. Typical fast food. We're in California for a few days and unfortunately this was the only place open in the area of our hotel.
You have to love Javk in the box they always have the best hours. And if you can't find something you like in their menu. Well then you aren't really hungry.
Idk why it takes so long to get food here. I'm a JB lover and travel lots for work. Sort of dead having to travel to work in this area bcs food wait time take up my whole lunch time. Plus they don't give enough sauce for the dipping, even if you ask for extra. =/

I swear im here at least 3 days a week if not more. Love most of their food as bad for me as it is but hey, we only live once.... Love the big tiny taco box and the munchie meals.
It won't kill you for fast food, favorites are the spicy fried chicken sandwich (ask for extra mayo) also the tacos have always been addicting
It's a really bad service with the drive-thru guy don't want to work
Not a fan of places that want to charge $0.30 for a ranch after you order $30 of food at a fast food restaurant. I’ll find another jack in a box.
I got to the drive-through ordering menu And sat there for about 5 minutes...I was hopping for someone to say hey were busy just give me a moment but I just there with nothing happening. I even watched as the drive-throgh line decreased and still no response. I finally said hello and nothing. I just drove throw the rest of the way with no line there ? great service?
