Wait staff was all over the place. We got our fries 20 minutes before our entrees, got 2 forks and 6 knives, so we couldn't eat anything and it got cold... Just a bad shift, maybe.

I had a bad experience all around, everyone gave us dirty looks for reasons unknown, my girlfriend is Puerto Rican, so maybe that? The server called us to get our table and snorted and laughed in our face and just said “uh ok”, the food took incredibly long for just three simple orders, the waiters spoke slowly to us as if talking down to us and I listened in and they didn’t treat other tables like that, i was very uncomfortable the whole time I was there, definitely not coming back to this one which is unfortunate because as a surfer/skateboarder I always like going to establishments like this and Wahoos, where you’re supposed to feel welcomed.
We had a great experience here. Enjoyed the low key tiki decor. Can recommend the Toucan chicken sandwich and burgers. Go for the truffle fries! Good cocktails and attentive service.
Waitress did great! She was pleasant and accommodating of my food allergy. Menus are new and paper that was a surprise. It was weird that our fries were delivered before our burgers. We'll ask for them to be delivered simultaneously next time so they don't get cold. Overall I'm a fan and will be back!
Love Islands. Great burgers, food, and nice atmosphere. Favorite burgers are the teriyaki and Bleu cheese. Good serving sizes too.
This place is a ding joke went in order hamburgers my husband came out bloody raw , my food was cold , the waitress was so darn rude , never refills on our drinks had to ask for extra napkins , no ketchup or mustard for my hamburger had to keep asking , service was so darn slow .. just horrible!!! Not coming back…
