Today I took my son to eat at this restaurant, today they will close at 9:00. It was 8:30 at night when I asked for my order and the shift manager told me that I couldn't eat inside the store because they were going to start cleaning. and I told him that I am a client and that they have to serve until the last minute but he told me to go out to eat. It made me want to hit that guy who treats his clients like that badly
Now I get that I came in during lunch rush but to wait then realize they forgot my order and then wait again too see it just waiting there. It took up my whole lunch. Great.
The best el pollo loco I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of them. The staff is very friendly and great at what they do. One of the workers named Alisha is always working hard and with a great attitude. You can tell that the staff really cares. They’ve won several quarterly awards for being the best el pollo loco and I can see why.
Restaurant smells like mold and chicken tasted old. I always like El pollo in the past but this location falls far short.
Very efficient service, restaurant was empty. Salsa bar is non existent and you have to get salsa at the counter.
Amazing food and awesome service. The servers were well trained and the manager Danyaal went above and beyond to make our experience awesome. Would definitely recommend this branch for your chicken needs
El Pollo Loco has consistently flavorful, filling and fresh food! I picked up 2 tostadas and a tamale plate on my way home from work. We enjoyed it immensely and it was great not to need to cook when I got home!

Ordered the avocado double chicken salad, literally 4 cubbed peices of chicken… very much a let down
Confusion and disarray. Took over 30 minutes to prepare a simple pollo bowl and three taco combos. 5 other customers that came after me received their food first. I also asked for no onions, and got tacos with onions. The kitchen is obviously ill experienced on this day, struggling to read and understand tickets. Equipment is also falling to the ground, it's obvious they can't keep up and handle the demand. The bathroom is also dirty, no paper towels available, the toilet seat covers were on the floor when I went in there. Pollo Loco you need to do better!
