Always fast and friendly.Wish they had butter pecan flavor year round
The hash brown I got was fully burnt and i am not sure how they gave it. Will try to avoid going this location
This Dunkin location is amazing!! Their weekday morning crew is so friendly when taking drive-thru orders, and the food/drinks always come our really fast.Side note: their fall seasonal Apple Crisp refresher with green tea was the most amazing drink of all time, I hope they make it a regular refresher flavor.

Ordered 50+ munchkins and asked to give me at least 10 of each type but they only gave two types and those are the ones that aren't selling well
About me:I love coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches and Im from New Hampshire in New England. Dunkins is from the east coast.Im going to save you time and get to the point. Go to the other location off of La Paz. This location does not have the same menu as the other and has their own independent sales.My personal experience(s):First time, I read the negative reviews first and went anyways because I run on Dunkins. I regret it, but brushed it off. The service was pretty bad- they were yelling at eachother over their mics and it was being caught on the drive thru speaker. Lol. Not cool.Second time, was okay... coffee was watered down and once finished, noticed my ice was dirty?! Uh. Not ok. Called them to let them know (not to complain) and they didnt thank me for the heads up, instead, they fought me over it. Denying it and basically calling me a liar. Lol. Anyways... because Im such a nice guy, I brushed it off.Third and my last time was just 15 minutes ago. They got me and my friends order wrong not just once... but three times! Top it off, my coffee was almost transparent like it was watered down.Side note. On my third visit... the crew was on something because they forgot to ask me to pay and they already gave me my food, lol. I could have driven away with free food. But again, since Im a nice guy, I wanted to do the right thing and pay. I let them know and they were just completely blown away. And then they asked, "Did you already get your sandwich?" Was the same guy that gave me my sandwich. Lmfao!I had a good laugh. So I guess I cant be too mad. :)
Pay it forward !5:30 AM October 16, 2021 I’m in line and order a half a dozen donuts, I get to the window and I’m advised that the car in front of me paid for my order, the sales associate at Dunkin Donuts at this location advised me that the person in front of him paid for his order,. Unfortunately there was nobody behind me to pay it forward so I left a very generous tip. Even if you don’t know anybody or the person behind you regardless of a common citizen or a military person, I find this very beautiful practice to pay it forward to the next person. I hope you will join in on the pay it forward. Thank you kind strangers
I love Dunkin’ Donuts and especially this location. They are very friendly here the coffee is delicious and Terrence very friendly and helpful.
