Foothill Ranch location is unfortunately VERY UNORGANIZED!!! They have once again screwed up our order and is having to remake the whole order. And this has happened SEVERAL TIMES! We have even gone in on an occasion or two and there have been other customers WAITING for lengthy amounts of time, getting their orders wrong/having to redo as well. There was even a customer who had their order given out to the wrong person and had to wait to have their order redone. I am not quite sure why this location is always in a disarray?!?!! At some point you would think that they would have to get themselves together. What is it… bad management, bad training of employees. Argh! So frustrating!
I had my pizza delivered and when I opened up the box, two slices were missing from the pizza. I thought it was a joke so I called the store and asked to speak to the manager but instead I talked to two boys that didnt believe me, they delivered a full po pizza and then hung up on me! I will never order from this dominos again
Orders are hardly correct, always under staffed and employees don’t wear masks ? they they touch their nose and mouth touch money and they don’t wash their hands before preparing food.

I placed an order, they delivered the pizza for me, they forgot the soda, they didn't refund me and when I complained they treated me super badly, even though I said the order number and said they had forgotten the doda! A disrespect to the costumer! Bad service and bad pizza!
You know I hate to put this out there! And express myself like this..! But Every time I order here there’s always something wrong. This was the last straw I only order here because it’s closest and unfortunately I am visually impaired and can’t go drive to places. I got hung up on ! There’s no MANAGER OR EVEN SOMEONE ON DUTY IN CHARGE AT THE STORE i requested a store manager name and I couldn’t even get that. As a loyal customer and coming back on bad service and giving the benefit of the doubt to order again they didn’t want to give me my pizza/wings free and my refund after waiting over an HOUR as paying customers we keep business going at least try we all help each other ! I hope this store improves because GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE KEEPS BUSINESS!!!
Domino's has always been my favorite pizza but today was the second time in a row where it wasn't ready and I had to wait 20 mins for it. Their excuse at first was we're really busy but after 3 people picked up their orders after me without any wait their story changed to we're understaffed. Because of my first wait this time I ordered online 2 1/2 hours before I was to pick it up. No wonder everyone I know goes to Pizza Hut ?
Anthony provided THE BEST customer service at this location. Anthony brought our food to our car in the rain. Thank you for providing us with such above and beyond customer service. Anthony deserves a raise.
The worst customer service!! They said it will take 30-40 minutes for delivery. 1hr 15 minutes later, I’m still waiting so I called the place and they said my order did not go through. Their system malfunction! So if I didn’t call I would’ve waited all night. I have 3 hungry people waiting that haven’t eaten all night. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!
