I ordered the pizza in store and came out 10-15 minutes later, there was I say 3-4 people there? Either way my pizza came out quick and that's all that matters ??
This location does not honor the commercial offers and discounts. I've been disappointed 3times. I drive to the Lake Forest & Moulton location. It's service and courtesy is much better
Never ordering here again.Pizza was burnt,Crust was very hard,Hot wings were burnt.Pizza was cold.Terrible customer service to top it off. Disappointed
We love this location, they make everything perfect. We order online and drive 15 minutes out of the way every Friday, we have a dominos 5 minutes away from us but the quality is not there. The 5.99 deal is the best!!
I like this location, friendly staff. But my pizza was always Hit-or-miss. The last 3 orders I placed they always missed something, when I ordered the"extra " toppings looked like the same without" extra" cheese, pepperoni, sausage, etc everything wasn't much. I just hope they pay more attention on the "order details" especially those "extras" that customers are paying but not getting.
I don’t know why I continue to order on line at the lake Forest location.I get an email saying delivery time between 45-57 minutes. As soon as I call the location to find out where David my driver is I was told delivery time is a minimum of an hour and a half. That this location is short handed and the drivers are making multiple runs.This is not the first time I’ve waited and waited. I can guarantee you though this will be the last time.
Order took over two hours just to not get delivered. When we called the store, they were rude and hung up on us.
This Domino's is always slow. If you complain the manager gives you attitude. Rude Slow Incompetent
