We tried the chicken enchilada and taco carne asada, both ala carte. They were very plain, lacking any real flavor. Even the pico de gallo in the condiments section lacked flavor.
Casual Mexican food restaurant. Reasonably priced. My husband like his carbonara burrito. My tamale was okay but the carnitas taco was great! My grand daughter's child taco was not so great. The fries are frozen and taste that way. Chips were not great.
Both me and my husband agreed that it was the best shrimp tacos in the area!!! We also had delicious salad in an edible bowl (I do not remember the name of that dish;)

Omg! Came to visit my mom and her partner in foothill ranch and wow was so impressed with the delicious food at cuca's. We came twice in 3 days and highly rate the shrimp tacos (a special), guacamole, albondiga soup etc. I'll be back again in 2 weeks time before heading back to Australia to eat all the things again.
The 5 of us decided to give the place a try via a friend's suggestion... which was a great suggestion! Seems that everyone wanted something a little different from the delicious nachos, to the street tacos, the regular tacos, and the meat quesadilla! It seems that 3 carnitas street tacos plus a Carne Asada Quesadilla was a bit more than I should have ordered, but I ate, and enjoyed, every bite! The wife went with 3 street tacos as well, but ordered a different type of meat for each one. Our daughter went with the regular tacos and everyone really enjoyed their meals! The place was clean, the service was good, and the food was plentiful and delicious! We're so glad that we gave it a try... Enjoy!

Walked in there there 4 days ago. Nobody was following any of the Covid-19 protocol. The cook and waitresses were not wearing a mask, the 6 ft distance was not being followed but not even the tables were being cleaned after the customers left. 100% a health hazard
It’s a nice restaurant very clean and nice looking. But I wouldn’t call it a Mexican restaurant, the food has no flavor at all I had to drown my burrito in salsa just to get some flavor. Sorry but would not recommend this spot.
