I have been here multiple times and they have repeatedly messed up my order. I asked for just chicken patties and bread with a side order of fries for my disabled family member and I have repeatedly received other people orders. I know that each time I went it was busy, but they need to be organized. It is very time consuming to keep having to come back in the store just for a simply order. Each time I have tried to return it I was yelled at by the manager/lead that they were busy and it was my fault. I am just trying ensure that he can enjoy a treat every once in a while and they made this visit unbearable. I will just make the extra drive to the Lake forest location. Better and faster service.
zero costumer service!! Worse experience in our life's, the owner Julie is racist and lacks of costumer services skills, kindness and courtesy. Julie if you are reading this I hope CFA takes remove the franchise from you. You are racist calling 911 and the cops on my husband and his mother just because they inquire about their online order after being waiting patient for more than 30 min. Julie you had some many issues with employees that's why no one stays in that location and many incidents with costumers, you are a bad representation for CFA. We had being loyal costumers to that location for many years and since you took over is nothing but rude service from you, long waits, quality of the food sucks and now calling 911 and cops on clients.Stop wasting tax payers money, deal with incompetence to run a business. Don't recommend this place, take your business to raising canes right across she doesn't deserve your business.
Pulled up to go in to order my food I seen worker go to his car as he was walking back to go in he was blowing his nose and wiping he entered the restaurant after me not one time he stop at sink to wash his hands he goes through the double doors to the back instead of washing his hand at the sink that was next to the double doors. Said something to one of the team leaders and all she had to says was oh we have a sink in the back. asked for a Sausage Burrito meal get a chicken with a lil sausage in it, gas to high to return it had already left bou thanks for the double meat tho??♀️
Awesome chicken and salads served to you by what kinda seems like cult members? Not hating, but there's... A bit of an odd vibe. Polite service, but do check your order before you pull away.
Food was great, as usual.The guy taking our order in drive thru, Zack, was mean and rude.
Good food, good service, good for fast food! Healthier options available (i.e., grilled chicken, salads). Good for kids and babies -- high chairs and disposable placemats offered for dine in. Drive-thru tends to be busy, and dine in has been busier than expected.
absolute TRASH food. never had such overpriced and low quality food. They may as well give out food for free at when chicken is nothing but one thing layer of mushy meat.
This location is my favorite location . Unfortunately last Thursday night after waiting in the long drive thru line, when we got to the window she tells us that they're out of strips and they're frozen ! That's bad management right there. She even didn't offer anything to make-up for the inconvenient. Didn't expect that from chick filet especially this location.
Definitely the worst chick fil à I’ve ever been too including east coast area. The meat is not juicy at all, but quite firm and sooo thin. Furthermore, asked the personnel (while picking up from the drive through) if I can eat inside and he said yes. When entered, the lady said “sorry we cleaned the area half an hour earlier today, so no eating inside”. Went inside Canes across to eat my sandwich.
I am really trying to figure out how I’m the world this location is operating under the name!!! Really this location does Chick-fil-A an absolute dishonor. Go to any other location and you won’t find people leaning over the counter holding conversations, 6 people who see you walk in but don’t greet you. Someone sipping on a drink like we are just hanging out at the park or at the movies. Really the list could go on and on! One week you can pick up a mobile order inside, the next it is in the drive through which you may wait for nobody in line to serve up cold food. So sad! This brand has been synonymous with world class customer service and a welcoming experience! I am not sure if the corporate executives need to close down the store for training and send in some of the individuals from off the commercials from GA, TX, the Carolina’s but something needs to be done my Management immediately! Better yet send in some secret shoppers to truly evaluate what is going on so you make reassessments on who needs to be doing what, or if you just need to clean house! Sad that I had to take out of my schedule to right this but at some point enough has to be enough! Do better, and be better hate to see this brand fall under the moniker of your other fast food labels. Survey anyone who has been to this location abs their experience and I am sure they will agree. Make Chick-fil-A Foothill Ranch BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
