The 1/3rd lb Angus burgers are the best you can get in a drive through. It would be 5 stars if they didn't put on too much sause.

Went in to use a two for one coupon. We used to go five or six times a month.Carl's has pretty much priced us out along with rhe other fast food stores. Their burgers are bigger than most and very tasty.My problem with them is that I purchased the burgers with one of their gift cards and they would not cash out the remaining $1.22. Both counter workers said they could not do it. They had the manager come out and she said she could not give me the change back in cash. She just shook her head and backed away from the counter and refused to speak.Folks, California state law says a gift card that originally cost more than $10.00 must be cashed out to the customer if the value goes below $10.00 and the customer requests cash back.Home Depot's self-service registers dispense the balance below that amount atomatically. Carl Karcher would be ashamed.

Ordered zucchini and it was fresh and hot, just the way I like it.
1. Out of chicken biscuits (main reason for going here).2. Pattie on Western Bacon Cheeseburger was way too small. Same size as a regular cheeseburger.3. Western Bacon Cheeseburger was very dry. Seemed like it probably sat out for a while before it was given to me. It tasted like a dry, flavorless, bread sandwich.
Good deals there with 2 for $7. Always like the aroma of their flame grilled beef patties especially when there's no BK around. They also have an email club that sends BOGO offers sometimes.
horrible customer service and i have received expired/opened ranch packets twice. i have never even stepped inside this place this is just from ordering online from them or drive thru.
