We always get the worst service ever but we keep on ordering since it’s our only option! We ordered 20 wings online through uber eats and asked to make them all flats, even called the store to make sure they send us only flats, half of the order came with drumsticks.We asked for ranch on the side they sent us blue cheese.We asked for two sides of carrots, they sent 1 order of carrot and 1 order of celery.I called to inform them, they said let me transfer you to a manager and they hung up on us!!!! Tried calling again, they stopped picking up the phone! I called using my husband’s phone, the one I originally used to place the order, they put me on hold for more than 5 minutes. So unprofessional and unorganized!!! They have to fix this problem! Each time we order they mess up our food
Preface: I ordered through GrubHub for a 5 Mile delivery.I ordered 10 traditional wings, 6 boneless wings and 6 additional boneless wings. There was a promo to receive 6 free boneless wings with a $25 purchase. This order was to come with celery, carrots and ranch per the "required" option on the app.First issue - the promo only covered less than half the cost of the 6 boneless wings. I shouldn't have continued but needed a certain number of wings.Second issue- We recieved the order 10 minutes late... The app did tell us but original delivery time was already 50 mins. Just weird.Third issue - the order was cold, over cooked, and under seasoned. This means the order sat at the restaurant.Fourth issue - the order was missing the celery carrots and ranch. This should have been checked by the restaurant before giving to the driverFifth issue - I paid close to $80 for this? Why? I should have made food at home which makes me realize that eating out is not always the right option. Especially when it's lack luster.GrubHub refunded be $1.94.
I loved the food, my only concern was that I had to wait 25 mins for my order. The service was good, I would have appreciated it more if I was given an update every 8-10 mins on the status of my order. We were waiting for 25 mins with no update and started wondering - did our order got skipped or misplaced? Apart from this everything was good.
Showed up at half-time for the Rams/TB playoff game. Found a good table in the bar. Had a couple ice cold beers and some wings. Had a good time!
Very good. Consistent quality. Fast and friendly Service from Kellie at the bar. Tried the cauliflower wings which were actually very good. Also liked the chips and salsa. Of course….wings and beer were pretty great!VictorB
Quality was lacking this visit to Bdubs. My dad was happy with his burger but I always get the same thing and something was just off. The soda tasted soapy, the wings were cold, and even the carrots and celery were slimy like they'd been long in the tooth. Waiter dropped off the wrong meal initially and claimed we had ordered this instead. We corrected him and just got attitude. Such a funny world after covid, some people just don't care. Another female waitress fixed it and was wonderful. Hit or miss. Typically love bdubs but this location needs work.
I come here to watch Michigan football since they cater to the Michigan fans. It can get crazy busy with other games going on but service is very fast. The entire staff here is great

Me and my friends visit BWW regularly. We spend time chit chatting with great food. Love the drinks and also wings that comes with variety of flavors. Tuesday’s have special offers and I always try the BWW sampler which comes with onion rings, Mozzarella sticks, boneless wings with sauces and nachos with loaded cheese and ham/chicken.
