I don’t understand why the team members do not abide by the closing time. My family and I arrived at 8:40pm just to find the door closed/locked. 9pm closing should be 9pm closing OR change the time! We’re local and visit several times a week. This is getting ridiculous. We tried calling ahead of time because they’re notorious for NOT opening/closing at the “listed” times. No one answers the phone. VERY FRUSTRATING.
I’m a regular here. Come in a couple times a week. The last 2 times your team has locked the door 10-15 minutes before closing time. I went in recently last Saturday and it was 9:50. Door locked after last customer was leaving. Just went tonight. Showed up at 8:48, big crowd outside eating their yogurt, door locked. The girls in there seem like they’re in a huge rush to get out of there. Are you aware of this? When I call them they say the same thing “ our system is having issues” as I watched them check out the last customer… this is starting to get out of hand. Several customers and I were approaching tonight at that time btw. Disappointed
Work for delivery company orders never readys because the tablet doesn't work also workers no training very good I'm no accept orders for this place anyway
Tend to come here a little late in the day and it’s been a huge disappointment when it comes to the “fresh” fruit. I’ve had to walk out with just plain yogurt these last few times because of the quality of the fruit. Sometimes half frozen and the rest grossly thawed or even past due. Really don’t mind taking the drive to another location if this doesn’t change.
Good selections of yogurt (and a couple ice creams too!). Nice customer service.
To the nice lady who served me today at 3 I give you props for dealing with difficult customers and I wish I could have told her to leave if she was not satisfied with the place. Everyone knows you weigh and then you pay! Regardless if you are a child or adult! Unbelievable people. Idk how you guys do it. Good job!Also the flavors I picked were delicious and the fresh fruit was perfect!
I've never seen this place this dirty, there is toppings all over the floor and the counter is very dirty. The two young ladies that were behind the counter were just talking. I bring my kids here all the time and this is the worse I seen it.
Great service, awesome yogurt! The owner thanked my husband for his service as a Navy SEAL in Vietnam—by comping our yogurt and not allowing us to pay.

Always clean and well stocked on toppings when I go. Nice employees too, on my last visit I was helped by Eve.
