Everytime I come here I find myself having a situation whether it be the staff goofing off while there is a line of customers or to the careless attitudes of the young ladies. Unfortunately this is the closest waba to me so I don't have much of choice to go elsewhere right now. I just wish the staff payed attention to more details on orders etc it sucks to come back to the same place that messes up orders or has rude staff.
Yall made the 5 bowls I ordered dry af with barely any sauce and have the audacity to only give 2 packets of sauce and not have any available for ppl to grab??? They also didn't put green onion on the one bowl that wanted it and again they don't have it available for people to grab anymore. I got take out so im not gonna drive all the way back over to get more sauce or get my order corrected, it should be done right the first time
The wait wasn't too long. Good place to find healthy foods at a reasonable price. The place was clean. Overall experience was good. I will recommend it to family and friends.
I ordered a waba plate the meat was undercooked did not have a great taste to it and the orange they gave me was not good it was dried and had no flavor and the dumplings they gave me were burnt on both sides
I ordered a 10 piece dumplings and they were burnt on both side didn't have a great taste to it I was very disappointed because they use to serve great food now they just don't.
Orders online to be told that their system has been down all day and they have to see the order and make it then and there , I thought the purpose of a mobile order was to pick it up and go .. then they don’t pick up the phone they have on google maps I come in and the cashier had the worst customer service ever when I asked if I could add something to the order she automatically said no with an attitude but the man behind her corrected her and told her how to add something to my order and then when I asked for hot sauce she acts like she’s not 3 feet away and can’t hear me say 2 words to her “hot sauce” and ask with a attitude “uhh what” if you don’t wanna be working then don’t come to work no need for your unnecessary attitude
I love the flavor of the Teriyaki sauce and the rice bowl. That being said... the meat is almost always terrible. With the chicken, they put the parts of chicken into the bowl that most restaurants toss out. Gristle, ligaments, tendons. I was in there this afternoon and was amused at the posters on the wall showing a beautiful chicken breast cut into strips. With the beef it's little pieces of steak held together with long strips of fat. The kind of fat that tastes like truck tire. I typically throw out over half the meat because I can't get all the bad parts of it out of the food.It's a shame that such a good product is ruined every time by employees throwing the bad parts in with the rice to maximize profit. If they went back to putting good meat into their bowls, I'd be there 3-4 times a week.

Waba Bowl w grilled chicken, steak, brown rice and veggies - is my go-to meal there.My celiac (gluten allergy), vegetarian wife opts for the tofu, rice, veggie bowl.One bowl is typically enough for two meals - for me.Well priced menu.We were passing through and googled the location.Well worth it.
I went because I had a free coupon form Staterbrothers but the food was so good that I'll be back.
Food is freshly made, tasty also great customer service.
