First timer, ordered bbq chicken salad, so so good, not too much BBQ sauce and the Chipotle ranch dressing was amazing. Loved every bite. I wish there was one near me in O. C. Service was also very good and portions not skimpy at all. Very good experience
Always wanted to go here since it's a local restauraunt. I was not expecting a crowd to appear, seems like this is a go-to place on Sundays. When we arrived, there was a waiting list and it took about 20~25 minutes to be seated.The lady serving us was nice. Food was great, LOTS of variety on the menu--especially for breakfast. Breakfast served all day. I got the "crunchy french toast" combo. Their french toast is AMAZING. Sweet and cinnamon-y (at least, the one I got), not to mention filling! Wish the waitress would visit our table more than just once though--the number of staff overall is very small despite the amount of people that are dining in.Other than that, not bad. Will come back again just to try out all kinds of foods they have here.
Went this morning and shared their crunchy french toast dipped in cinnamon egg with crispy cereal on top which made it just crispy enough. Not too sweet. It was served with a variety of berries and whipped topping. Truly the best french toast I've ever had.

This place is mediocre. The service was ok. Food came out fast. Bacon was under cooked. Pancakes texture was rubbery and tasteless. This place is low quality for sure. Wouldn’t recommend
Great food hot coco is good
My husband and I went to their new Murrieta location on Saturday night. We saw that Carnitas was no longer there and VIP's Cafe was in its place. I checked out the reviews and menu online and it looked really good so we wanted to give this place a try. It's so close to our house and if we liked it then we would be happy to have a new restaurant to go to or take out from that is so close to home. We went around 6:00pm on a Saturday and there were only 2 other couples there having dinner. I just figured that since their Lake Elsinore location got a lot of good reviews, perhaps the reason why this place isn't more crowded is because its really new to the Murrieta location and its possible that not many people know about it yet. Anyway, our server was very friendly and their food selection is huge! My husband had the meatloaf, veggies and a loaded baked potato and I ended up having breakfast for dinner...a country skillet with a blueberry muffin. We both had iced tea to drink and they were served in huge glass mugs which was pretty cool. Our food arrived pretty quickly and both of our meals looked and tasted really good. So needless to say, since we both had a great experience there, we will definitely be back!
I have been to VIPs probably more than 15 times. Every time the staff is great and the food is delicious! Now my friends always insist on going there. It has a cute patio with a fountain, and inside the ambiance is nice and cozy. I love it!
Best breakfast place ever. Better than the breakfast club I'd say. The crepes here are the best I've had anywhere.
Food was well prepared and delicious. Hostess was polite and attentive.
