They don't fix their mistakes. I've been overcharged and underserved. Love the food when its right but the business ethics not so much. Check your order before you leave the drive thru and plant yourself at the window until they get it right, a phone call from home suggests that they think you are lying, seriously. I have considered returning and throwing the food against the drive through wall because they just don't care that I've paid an always increasing amount to be dissatisfied.
Great food. Terrible drive-thru service. I drive by SS Burger every day on my way home from work and decided to finally try it. There were only 4 cars in the drive-thru line, but it was over 30 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my food. I sat in front of the menu sign for so long without being acknowledged, that I started to wonder if they actually took orders at that spot, and as the line behind me was backing up and the truck in front of me had pulled up, I got anxious after sitting there for 10 minutes and asked "hello?" a couple of times. I eventually went to the driver in front of me and asked her if they had taken her order at the menu sign and she said yes, they did... eventually. So I went back and waited some more. Then, at the window, I waited some more. Eventually, the girl taking drive thru orders grabbed my credit card from me and didn't give me a receipt. And then I waited some more, until she opened the window and thrust my food out at me without saying anything, and closed it too fast for me to even say thank you. I remained calm and polite and did not deserve that treatment. It's a shame, the burger and fries were great, but I will never risk getting caught in that drive-thru line for half an hour again, nor do I want to spend my hard-earned money there.
Fuctin good avocado cheeseburger! A little expensive but worth it. I say you go here if you like that “cafe / dinner style” food.
Zucchini is good. Tacos not so much.
Love the food here. Sometimes the drive thru line can take a while but i think it's because the food is being made fresh. The pineapple shake, french toast and burgers are delicious
the burgers are pretty good. however i have a pretty bad experience. they have screwed up our order 4 times in a row and i tried calling multiple times when i got home with my food and no one answers the phone. its extremely irritating. They completely lack the ability to follow simple instructions on a regular basis. The first time they forgot to put my wifes burger in the back so she had to drive back. it took about 20 minutes and they refused to make her a new one. instead they gave her the original burger that had been sitting on the counter.
This was by far the worst customer service ever received. I called to place a phone order and the girl kept on repeating my order seven times and was giving me inaccurate information. I was calm the whole conversation and was repeating my order to her. She first told me the family back had mayo and onion rings no charge after about 15 minutes with her on the phone she asked for help. Another girl said she's new I'm starting your order over again and was being rude to me and rushing my order. I politely asked her to slow down and if what the new girl said was true... meaning that there was no extra charge for onion rings and she was like "there is an extra charge and there's no mayo on the burgers it's thousand island... do you want your order or not?" I told her I've been on the phone now for 20 minutes calmly repeating my order may I get a compensation or discount for the inconvenience and inaccurate information. And the girl responded "No I'm not serving you anymore, go somewhere else." Then she hung up on me. I was not rude at all and am baffled that this service even exist. Will never return.
Family owned & operated. BTW they have Turkey Burgers, which I love. There is only 1 size of Fries (LOL). Really good burgers, now matter how you like them.
Ordered over the phone at 505 pm and they said it would be ready in 25 mins went to pick up at 530 and it wasn't ready. Waited till 545 and still wasn't ready and then the cashier said she would make my food again and I went and asked at 600 pm and they said they don't know where my food went. Finally got my food at 615 and they didn't even say sorry for the wait. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was busy and walked away. Rude service.
Staff super friendly and helpful. Food is super yummy. I've never had anything there I didn't like. It is a family oriented environment. Definitely recommend
