Ultra small pieces, Dry almost Chicken Jerkey, mac & cheese had a hard, Hard crust w/chunks of unmelted cheese! This is from an ex-diehard Popeyes person!
Food was just old and under the heat lamp at least several hours. One family member got food poisoning sickness that lasted 24 hours. Employees have poor attitudes but that has become the new normal everywhere.
I came in here and was helped by a very polite young man. A manager later came up to him and very rudely scolded him in front of customers. Very Unprofessional. Very nasty energy in this establishment and seems unkept. Dont come here if you want to be treated with respect
Some days it is amazing! Some days it is horrible! I am a fan of the chicken sandwich but they are horrible with hygiene ! The sandwich is slapped together and left with all kinds of stains in and around your bag and sandwich! I order a sandwich and it was COLD. Idk if it was a old sandwich or just not cooked right. But definitely needs improvement! I’m just waiting for canes to open.
Tasted good but had bowel movements worse than taco bell. Chicken was probably left under the heat lamps too long. Establishment should probably set food safety timers.
Love the way they wrap the original chicken sandwich. It stayed together and Warm until we got home. Delicious!!!!
Terrible service. Rude employees and managers. This Popeyes is near where I've lived for two years and lately the past months it's turned horrible. They have signs where they say they are short on staff and the lobby is closed. That's been there for two months now. And since drive through is the only option, if you see a line in the drive through just know its at LEAST 30 minute wait. The wait isn't the only thing, before you head home make sure your order is correct. I've had to get a refund cause I went home and my order was missing. Today 1/8/22 at 6pm was definitely my final straw. Rude manager and employees, waited 35 minutes in the drive through and my order was wrong. And I couldn't call or go back for them to redo it since I didn't wanna wait 30+ minutes. Even though this place is a mile from my house I'm never coming back. I'd rather drive 5 miles to the kfc than go back to this horrible service.
First trip, i ordered on the app and when i arrived they didn't know i ordered. I looked on the counter and found my online receipt and told them here's my order. The manager was nice but i should of got a complimentary item for them barely starting my order and wasting my time. I would not recommend using the popeyes app if you dont have time to waste.Second visit, i drove up to the drive thru and waited almost 3 minutes until someone asked for my order and when i pulled up to the window, there were two kids just playing with their phones.Although my two experiences weren't great the food is amazing and it's the only popeyes nearby, so reluctantly i will return but never order from their app again.
Everyone told me that of the fried chicken sandwiches that are out right now Popeyes makes the best one. Ha yeah right. This thing couldn't be more the opposite. Just look at it..
My family and I drove 20 miles from Corona California to Lake Elsinore California at 5pm on a Saturday night for dinner. Before I left I looked at my app to see what specials were going on when I selected the one I wanted it said to purchase online or redeem in store. So I choose redeem at store, luckily I did, normally I purchase online. When I got to the store there was a sign on the door dated 11/1 today is the 13th to saying that the inside is closed due to lack of staffing and to use drive thru. Really You expect me to believe you can't find an employee in 2 weeks Gimme a break!! We had to drive back home wasting an hour of our time. although why would you care? You dont have the courtesy of properly staffing your restaurant. This is not acceptable you should have on your app this location's inside dining is closed!!!You have lost a customer because you can't hire 1 extra person to run a cash register during the busiest hours of dinner time' really!!!
