Best location so far. All the employees are great and make the best pizzas. We haven’t been disappointed yet.
Pizza doesn't take great like before. Something different with the dough. Also ordered on line for my lunch break but my order was not started till i got there 14 min later .
Man where do i start? I am very excited they have reopened! The food came out fantastic as well! Unfortunately the manager who was on duty was completely unhelpful. She had a very quick temper and was very short with her coworker ricardo. He was clearly new and was trying his best to help. But was severly undertrained. Hopefully the service improves cause i wouldent recommed to anyone yet.
We were greeted and served pleasantly. Our pizzas were made and cooked perfectly. We live in Menifee but will come back to this Pieology.
We went here about a month ago and the shift lead Jasmine was so nice and pleasant. They were swamped and she made sure our pizza was made to our liking. The only issue I had was that we went in for the special Tuesday pricing but they don’t offer that at this location. Other than that, great pizza, wonderful service
We never come here, but definitely won’t be coming back now. My husband worked all day long and we decided to just put an order in so he could pick it up on his way home. We set the order for 7:45 for pick up (we set the order a whole HOUR in advance) and my husband was there at 7:43 to pick up the pizza which wasn’t yet ready (no big deal) however, they took multiple people’s orders and started/finished their pizzas BEFORE even putting our order in. He ended up waiting 30 minutes to get the food that should have been ready. Orders that are put in an hour ahead of time and are already paid for should be ready long before the customers that came in AFTER the time ours was set for.

You know. I get it, places get busy. Not on Sundaynight though. You've been here long enough toknow the algorithm. I put In an order for 2 pizzasset for 7:45 pm. I walk in at 7:45, and they are notready. That's OKAY, I get it. But I wait for 15 minjust to be told that my order is just being made toput in the oven ? Unacceptable, reason being is Iwatched you serve everyone else that walked intothe store after me. My order has been paid for andshould be a priority, I nearly asked for a refundbecause what is the point of mobile order? I would have been better off sitting my happy self in line. Thanks! I truly appreciate having to waitover a half out for pizza that I put in for order, overan hour ago. Next time I'll travel to menifee for Pieology
I wanted to find at least one good thing about Pieology but I can't. When trying new food spots anywhere in and around Lake Elsinore. I always lower my expectations. That way. I'm rarely totally disappointed. In short. Good location. Bad pizza. Service and server's wanted to be there even less than I did.So, just don't go to this Pieology. Unless you think Dominos or little Caesars is real pizza. Then this might be an upgrade for you ?
I was so happy when this place reopened I felt they were closed for so long! I ended up getting the gluten free crust and they even have vegan cheese and vegan meat options as well. Employees are so nice and welcoming here. Was a good experience
