Palmira the manager is very difficult and argumentative with customers. She acts like she owns the chain and yells at employees in front of clients, so unprofessional. She hovers over the hard working high school employees doing their job. The guy at the register today with reddish hair is a star employee. He is polite and he has bright future ahead of him. Keep up the good work! As far as Palmira, act your wage and do your job, don’t hassle your team. They are there to do their job and they are friendly. Learn something from them.

I just had the best Kung pao chicken from here. 3 reasons for leaving 3 stars is they have a wonderful area for outdoor seating but there aren't any tables or chairs out there. Another reason is the doors were locked until 7 minutes after their opening time and they only had 3 entrees out. The customer service wasn't very good, the employees seemed in a bad mood. But the food was phenomenal for a panda, so I am giving 3 stars.

Definitely need to work on their customer service. They seem to always be in a bad mood and are very rude. Food tastes burnt and bland of flavor. Rice was hard and not fully cooked. Maybe should rehire people that want to be there and work or retrain. Might want to keep an eye on the cameras to see your employee. When getting bowls. They are filled with rice and just top it with your choice of topping just enough to cover rice.

9$ for small portions. Taste was good. I'll drive to Menifee next time.

No photos today. So I will tell you this, when we went this place was SWAMPED! However, the team here was extremely courteous and still friendly when odds were extremely against them. They continued to push out orders, keep up with the orders and keep food hot and fresh for all casually strolling in. We will be back! And to make it even better they're so much closer to the house than we thought. Still can never go wrong with PE's Orange Chicken. It will forever be a must.On a side note, we would appreciate if you could bring back the Sichuan Chicken. That was amazing!

Cooking is on point the rice may need love and the sweet and sour souce. Encourage people to take it.

Very stingy. You guys need to work on filling up the plates and bowls better. People are paying for the food, not getting it for free.

Canyon Hills location was awful! Food and service was terrible!Juan was very rude, so much that I recorded our conversation! He refused to give me his bosses info after he said he could help me. I just wanted his bosses number because maybe they could. He said he didn’t have to do anything he didn’t want to. And since I wasn’t speaking nice to him which I was not nice or rude just get to the point of the matter. Just make my order I paid for correct.

Juan at Canyon Hills location was rude and didn’t correct our order that had missing items. Then refused to give his bosses info to me. Said he doesn’t have to do anything and that I have to be nice to him. Hmmmm

Juan, the manager at Canyon hills location , refused to give me the info to his boss stating that I was disrespectful for demanding the phone number. He said he doesn’t have to give me that info.My reason for calling him was that I got home after purchasing 4 bigger plates, 2 orders of spring rolls and 1 large drink at about 1:30 pm on 10/03/21. My meat for the entree was missing!! 4 orders of teriyaki chicken missing!!!!!!He said they will look at the cameras and call me back, I said perfect! Then asked for an order number which I didn’t have because they didn’t give us the receipt. I said I’m sorry but you just said you could look at the video at that time and see order info in the system. Now all the sudden he says he can’t help me because I don’t have the number. WHAT!?!? He could try to help me by maybe taking my info and ask the girls that helped us later about it or just replace the meat missing. It’s the principle of paying for something I did not receive. Then being told they won’t give it to me. I even drive down there to get his bosses number which I got, but they still refused to make it right. So I have to just let you know to make sure you get your ready and keep it! Unbelievable this isn’t Morton’s.I recorded most of my convo with the manager Juan so if I can link it here I will!! Some people shouldn’t be working in customer service if they have attitudes like that. I worked in it for over a decade and would go out of my way to help make things right. He went out of his way to be rude and not help me.Update: another panda customer heard me talking to Juan which he was rude and bought me my missing Teriyaki chicken. Seriously I can’t believe the kindness of strangers sometimes! My heart is smiling after that incident. Wow, just wow. They didn’t need to do that! I will pay it forward.
