I recently ate here and ordered the usual, 2-item combo (half chow me in and half fried rice with orange chicken) and a large soft drink. Within 20minutes I had explosive diarrhea that lasted all night. I suspect this came from the staff neglecting to clean and change the soda fountain machine filters. I tried to contact the business by phone during business hours but no one answered. I'll be skipping this location or at least their soda fountain in the future.
Trash Panda location would be a better name. First, they have the location currently running drive thru only. Waste of a building ??♂️. Second, they wouldn't allow for more than one order per car nor, split the ticket for an order. Great way to lose money.... love the business model. LOL ?.
They forgot my side order after making me wait 15 minutes called and they don’t even answer. It’s a hit and miss with their customer service. If Isabel is there she could be snotty or nice.
I eat here all the time and the small mistakes I usually sweep under the rug. This time my order was completely wrong. And I was charged extra for honey walnut shrimp. When I called and spoke with the “manager” Chen about the order, she decided to keep telling me to bring in the food and receipt , at this point I’m not driving back to your restaurant. You need to correct your employees and make sure the correct food that we are paying for is in the bag! I will be contacting my bank and disputing the charge. Tried to help you out by only refunding bowl but that’s fine I’ll dispute the charge. Get it right Chen. DisappointedServer was zoey. Don’t ask me what I want if you can’t get it right.
They were only focused on drive through customers, we literally stood there and watched them (3) of them pack over 20 meals completely ignoring customers inside. Ridiculous, poor customer service.
It was just ok today. Chicken w green beans just like warm, fried rice tasted mediocre at best. The black tea was amazing though. Restaurant clean. Nice welcome when you come in too. I'll go back though. It's usually really good. Probably just an off day.
My entree was over cooked. The meat was dry and the veggies were mushy. My Wong tongs were under cooked and doughy. Not good at all. Disappointed!
I was sitting waiting for my boyfriend and the manager approached me sitting at a table, far out of her way in the corner, and asked me if I needed help. She was so rude about it. Like she was eager to kick me out but we bought food, so she didn't. That was totally awkward and uncalled for for her to approach me like that. Aside from that, the food was OK. However, the wait was sort of long for restraunt modeled after "buffet style" service.
This place is really great. The service was excellent.
The broccoli beef was good, but the rice could’ve been cooked longer. I wish they had all of their menu items for order online.
