The food is soooooooo overcooked, the beef was rubber & stringy, the broccoli was so over done, you could eat the florets but needed a saw for the stalks. We were so dissatisfied the macaroni salad was o.k., the chicken was way overdone, could not even cut it with the plastic knife, for what the charge definitely not worth it!!!!!
Well this Ono doesn't care!!!! I ordered Katsu chicken. No Katsu sauce ! No toilet paper or paper towels or seat covers in bathroom. They can do better! Won't be back to this location.
I ordered the 2 of the seafood mix #5 and the fish and shrimp were so greasy if you pinched it all you would see is oil dripping from it and not just a little bit but a whole lot... so after spending 30 bucks on the 2 meals we only ate the chicken and sides and picked at the fish and shrimp...
We just tried thus restaurant fir the first time & it is a winner. I love that they offer smaller plates, too. We will be back for more.

Just bought a $18 plate of rubber chicken and bubble gum beef!! Literally not many good pieces to eat just fat and gristle. How do people like this place??!!Great rice, veggies and Mac salad. Not mich of anything else. Gross meat..
Picked up some Ono today and was more than impressed with their speed, and accuracy. Always appreciate when things are done smooth and quickly! love the chicken katsu
It's was ok. Definitely a place to go if you are craving this. Would have gave a 4 star, but the beef was so dry I couldn't eat it. Chicken is the way to go!
I have given this location 5 tries to not disappoint and unfortunately they ALWAYS disappoint.Rice not cooked. Spam in the Spam Wasabi is burned. Portions are always different. Items missing. Food cold or burned.This place is super disappointing. Don't go to this location. Make the drive to Norco. That location is always perfect.
