Bryan and the girl working there late at night were amazing. First of all, don’t know what she did but the McDouble was even better than usual and the fries were fresh and warm. Glad they have 2 people there so that one can handle money and the other food. Then, I ordered cookies but they made a mistake and realized they didn’t have cookies made. She made me cookies on the spot and it only took 5 minutes. They threw in a couple extra, delicious, freshly-baked, warm cookies to keep me happy. Bryan’s demeanor was just overall very pleasant, upbeat, and positive. Thank you Bryan!
Late night employee is really great. Super nice and no mistakes, he's helped us multiple times now.
This McD literally ruined my family night. Its Lunar new years today and we had a family gathering, everyone got super hungry at 2 am so I placed an order online. I got there to pick up maybe 5-10 mins later. Husband and I sat in the car for about 10 mins by the intercom before some guy told me they’re “closed” when they have more than 3 signs out there saying “24 hour drive through.” We went home hungry and everyone was also bummed. Killed the vibe. Aweful customer service!!!!!
This place is so slow. The staff is NOT helpful, I do ubereats and avoid this place like the plague I have waited 20 minutes for a big Mac meal. They advertise ubereats, Doordarshan and grubhub however there is no way to even enter the lobby so you have to knock on the window and hope someone sees or hears you
Worse service I’ve ever had. Had to wait in the parking lot for my food. Totally unorganized. Other people behind us got their orders ahead of ours. I don’t expect much from McDonalds but damn…. Never going there again.
It was good. Only thing was the long drive thru line, due to the fact that this location doesn't have it's dining room open. Took about 7 minutes or so total to order, pay and receive food. Other than that, food is still great!
January 3rd2022. I went through the drive thru to get two regular coffees & I asked for cream & sugar on theside. When I was going to put the cream in my coffee I noticed that was like sour cream ? already spoiled & they just gave it to me like that. I can't believe the MGR & employees can't noticed when something like cream is already bad? HOPE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TAKE CARE OF THIS ISUE THAT HAPPEN IN MANY MCDONALD'S ?
It was late at ?, lots of cars in line, slow moving but window servers were kind and efficient. Food was good ?
It would've been great had the person at the register not try and sorry me my change($10) and get my drink order wrong after reassuring me that he corrected his mistake... So after about 10 ish min, give or take, I was finally able to get the correct change fiasco figured out I asked if my drink was what I had ordered they told me yes and handed me the wrong size and when I took a drink I already knew that it was going to be the wrong beverage and it was so without wanting anymore issues there I took my cold food in disgusting diet beverage and left very unsatisfied
Contacting corporation.... nothing like getting cussed at over the drive thru speaker because I told the employee to please have a manager at the window... pretty sure I got the wrong names for the employees tonight so I will be calling in the morning hoping to talk to a general manager..
