Best sweet tea at this location. Service is pretty fast.. right by the freeway for easy off and on.
Whoever is the manager that worked on 2/14/2022 @2:35pm; definitely needs to get a clue. Get your orders right and check the times on the receipt. When you tell your guests to park at the stalls and wait for their food and their food is incomplete and come back a 1 minute later to dispute that their missing 3 items and tell them that you've been gone for so long to dispute when my car hasn't left the parking lot since 235pm, got my food from the food runner lady at 2:43pm, Disputed it at 2:44pm. Maybe my little dismal complain won't help but stop jacking your customers. Hope the owner reads this.
This McDonald's on mission trail lake Elsinore is terrible my husband and I went through there to order I said hellow several times no response the menue was damaged couldn't read it had to drive up there were cars in back of me asked if we could order at the window the response from the employee was I needed to be patient because she hadn't turned on the intercom yet and she also added that it pays to be patient I was as patient and explaed that I was waiting well ordered the food then when she is giving my change back she says it again it pays to be patient never going through this McDonald's rotten attitude from the employee working at the drive thru window.
Went here for breakfast and the only have drive thru and window pickup. There was a very long line at the drive thru but I waited. When I pulled up to the menu/speaker it was damaged and you couldn't see the menu. The employee at the speaker was having a hard time understanding what I was saying and when I asked to just order at the window he said he couldn't let me order at the window. Very frustrating. I didn't even know what to order. They should have closed that lane because there's no menu to read and their speaker didn't work. I just drove off and took my business elsewhere. I won't be going back to Mc Donalds.
Bad customer service. Placed a drive-thru order and it was incorrect and some items were left off. Mngr Gaby employee #29 was rude. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience & asked me to go back through the drive-thru to place my or place a mobile app after being in line for more than 20 min.
Well today I went to McDonald’s and they said everything was in the bag so I went home not thinking an my two meals where not in the bag! So we went all the way back from Canyon Lake to get the meal. Oh an the lady was so rude.?
Consistently terrible service.
This is the worst McDonald's in town, must be a franchise. The staff is horrible. Except for one girl out of the bunch. They need to rehire and reprogram. I've never had a good experience here.
Worst McDonald’s ever been to, they got my order wrong and wouldn’t fix it at the window and the restrooms are ONLY OPEN FOR EMPLOYEES. Clearly don’t care about their customers.
